Wireless RV Backup Camera with 7" Monitor for RVs, Trailers, Pickups, and Trucks

Tim Kelly: Needed a backup camera for lining up trailer hitch to truck ball. Decided to go with wireless system. I bought the LK6 system with 1 standard camera and 1 license plate camera. The system works great with a very good picture on the monitor. The license plate camera is mounted so low that it is hard to judge the alignment with the trailer but I got another standard camera mounted with magnet and extended power cable to allow for high mount on tailgate giving the proper perspective for alignment to the trailer. I put a 128G SD card to record front and back views for accident protection. When communicating with customer service, they were great and will get back to you on next working day. I am very pleased with this system and recommend it. The only beef I have with it is the video file storage. All camera files are stored in one folder and the file size is small creating lots of files. I would like to see folders for each camera and 5 or 10 minute video files. Have not tried a camera at end of trailer but did find that on the license plate camera that repositioning the antenna can eliminate delay or freeze screens, like adjusting the rabbit ears for you old guys.

Mark: Both units were easy to install. Had a problem with the license plate camera, called customer service and after some questions they sent a new camera out. The new one works great. Can now hook up camper by myself as well as back camper into spot. Would recommend to family or friends.

Mark: I wanted to be able to see what is behind my camper when I'm driving and also when I am backing into a space.
First of all this is a WIFI camera system which is a great plus. You only need power to the cameras with no video wires.
Second they are easy to install. I use the license plate camera with the grid lines turned on so I can back up to my trailer and hitch without someone spotting me. (And it's right on target every time)
I was not worried about wiring up to my back up lights for the camera since I can turn it on or off right at the monitor so I wired directly to the license plate light. The only drawback is that you need to at least have your parking lights on to power up the camera, but to me that is no big deal, I prefer to have lights on anyway.
Third the camera on the back of the camera is a Godsend! I can leave that camera on and actually use it like a rear view mirror, I always know what's coming up behind me, and when I am parking my camper I turn on the Grid lines and now know exactly when to stop.
You can add 2 more cameras for a total of 4. I have heard of some people using this as a security system at night, just bring your display inside and plug...

frzbgolfer: I had just bought a new truck and RV so wanted to get a different wireless camera system then what I had in the previous setup. I decided on this one. The install was easy, I put the license plate camera on the back of the truck and the other camera on the back of the camper. The monitor picks up a great signal from both (even with the one on the back of the 30 foot RV. The picture is clear and no lag even while driving down the road which is awesome! I've very happy with my purchase.

Amazon Customer: I'm shocked how nice this is. Great picture stable and no lag that I have seen. This is on a extended cab with an 6 foot box and a 37ft travel trailer. Extremely easy to install on the truck plate and back up wires and rear trailer upper running lights. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The only thing that bothers me know is all the tailgating going on that I can see 😆

michael bruno: I have had problems with this camera ,the time that the truck is placed to be in reverse the back up does not come up on screen then as needed , then next time it works i cannot figure this out . this applies to the back of the truck and to the back of the trailer now that is cold and has been colder the camera back up screen (rear of truck only) does not come on for a lot longer than before at least 15 min , What good is that ? would like to hear from the people that built this they may have a fix?

Ringo: Works well with our truck camper. The cheap dash mounts rattle as you drive, gets annoying, looking for a solution. Because i wanted a full time rear view, I hardwired the large camera to a full time 12v power source. Was worried about power draw when off grid camping(small phantom load), so installed a switch. Turn off when parked and on all the time when driving.

Amazon Customer: This system was fairly easy to setup and it worked right out of the box. The only issues for me was the lack of information about where to get the power from on the trailer and on the vehicle as well as the little T-Taps didn't make good contact on the thin wires they provided so I had to use butt connectors. I would recommend this system for anyone with a vehicle and trailer that is not easy to see behind. I have mine on a 3/4 ton truck with canopy and a travel trailer.
