Joann: I had a R!ng doorbell for several years. However, I wanted to replace it due to the paid subscription and reduced features unless upgrading to the more expensive paid subscription tiers. Also, it would sometimes lag really bad, not ringing for up to 30 seconds after someone pressed the doorbell.
I first was inclined to go with a L0rex doorbell as it came with the excellent 8-camera system with video recorder that I bought last year. However, unfortunately, the doorbell wouldn't record locally on my network video recorder because I had 8 cameras already and I never could get the doorbell ring sound to work despite following directions and endless fiddling.
After a bit of research, I came across the Wuuk system. It's a bit confusing to figure out which to buy, but I ended up choosing the Smart Doorbell Pro for several reasons --- local video storage, radar for human detection, and NO SUBSCRIPTIONS! I couldn't be happier!
Video quality is GREAT for both day and night. The radar works exactly as advertised -- no more false alarms when movement is detected. Local video storage works well and has enough for several months of storage.

TadpoleTadpole: I was hesitant at first because these cameras will not integrate easily with Home Assistant. But the price and the local storage feature pushed me over the edge.

It was a rocky start. I purchase two of these systems and got one set up, but the second doorbell wouldn't pair with the base station. After several hours of trying various approaches, I was unsuccessful. I'm an engineer and thought I'd be able to figure it out. No dice. So I returned the second system and purchased the add-on doorbell. Which paired perfectly within a few minutes.

After a week of use, here are some pros and cons.

PROS:
- Easy setup and wifi integration
- Fast streaming on wifi
- Decent streaming speed over 4G
- Reliable notifications of motion
- Intuitive app with a lot of customization options
- Decent local storage
- Good video compression
- Doorbell is great, adjustable volume
- If you connect it to the doorbell wiring, it charges the battery AND rings your home doorbell (in addition to the base station doorbell chime). This is my favorite feature.

Justin Chafe: I picked this up on sale and was wondering if it would stack up against something that had a dedicated cloud service. I really wanted to avoid paying for yet ANOTHER cloud service draining my bank account. Any doubts have been erased.

The doorbell video is clear, battery life outstanding and the app is of a surprisingly high quality. The camera tracks and records events during motion very well. I’ve set it to pick up only human movement and it has never failed detection. The night vision works great as well. I’m using the battery and it is draining very slowly.

For installation I just used the included bracket and adhesive tape. I had it completely installed in about 5 mins. There is a pin that you can use to pop it out for recharge. Also included are mounting screws and wiring clips if you want to do the hardwire route. Also included are two types of mounting, angled and straight. I tested it out before using the adhesive and ended up using the angled one. I thought that was a thoughtful inclusion.

The base station was pretty much plug and play for me. Straight into Ethernet from my router. The only, very minor, issue is that it feels a little too light....

Jiminy CricketJiminy Cricket: This doorbell security camera is almost perfect, but does have some limitations that I hope they can improve on in future iterations. Some of the helpful information about this camera was missing, so I bit the bullet and bought it. I'm happy with the purchase and below I've provided some details about what you can expect for its quality, storage and resolution. Hopefully this is helpful to other users.

The camera's video quality is pretty solid. It has a resolution of 2048x1536 and is 15 fps (frames per second). If you're worried about storage, as I was, you can choose between "Standard" or "Advanced" in the settings. I selected the advanced option and when I downloaded the video, the file details indicated it used HEVC (high efficiency video coding), which was a pleasant surprise. This means that the recording can retain most of its original quality, but uses a lot less space due to compression. I have several days worth of videos stored and at 30 seconds record time, I'm only using 254.7MB out of the 29.11GB of usable storage. One 30 second daytime video uses about 4.1MB total, although I'm sure this can vary slightly.

Rob K: I bought the 2 cameras with base unit and addon doorbell. Really pleased with the whole set.
- The build quality feels solid and installation is really simple - the instructions are clear and easy to follow, and everything you need is included. The doorbell can be installed wired or wirelessly, and comes with a straight and angled backing plate. Once you're set up, pairing with the base and control via the app is straightforward. You can also add other members of your household to the account so they can get notifications etc through the app as well.
- The doorbell picture quality is great day and night and the motion detection sensitivity works really well. The cameras are also very good, especially at night with the colour night vision which is excellent.
- 3 seems to be the right sensitivity balance for our needs, anyone coming in the front gate will trigger the motion detection but cars and people going past the fence don't. Haven't even needed to set any exclusion zones because the sensitivity setting alone has done exactly what we wanted.
- One feature I'd like to see on the app is in the Security tab; it would be nice to be able to apply a security mode to all...

zur Lage:
Habe 2 Base Stationen und 5 Kameras Outdoor und Indoor. Jetzt fehlte nur noch die Klingel mit Kamera und Bewegungssensor (ohne Basisstation).
Warum WUUK?
Preis- Leistung habe ich 5 Sterne gegeben, obwohl ich zu einem Zeitpunkt gekauft hatte, wo dieser Artikel teurer gewesen ist.
Bewegungssensor hat von mir ebenfalls 5/5 bekommen, da dieser zuverlässig aktiv ist.
Qualität/ Haltbarkeit sind leider nur 2/5 Sterne, die ich hier begründen werde.
Qualität muss man evtl. in Hardware und Software teilen.
Hardware pro:
+ Der Akku ist sehr gut. Die Qualität der Laufzeit hängt stark von der Beanspruchung des Gerätes ab. Sprich umso öfter die Klingel aktiv ist, desto schneller lehrt sich der Akku.
+ Die Kamera hat eine Solide Qualität im Farblichen Bereich und im S/W (Nachtsicht über IR) Die Sichtschärfe im Bild liegt so ca. bei 20-25m.
+ Der Klingelknopf ist beleuchtet, was auch bedeutet das der Bewegungsmelder (zwischen 8-10m) ausgelöst hat und die Aufzeichnung bereits läuft. Der Druckpunkt des Schalters ist angenehm und deutlich.
+ Der Lautsprecher ist unten angebracht, das verhindert das eindringen der Nasse. Leider...
