Greta Olson: So happy to have received this light. Super easy to assemble. I went step by step with the video and it came together perfectly and quickly. The base provides a very sturdy support. But I was surprised as to how the “buttons” were so responsive to touch. I just pass my finger over the button and it responds. No need to press. But the best thing of all is the number of variations in the character, color temperature and intensity of the light available. Again, with just passing my finger over the buttons. The thing that I love the most is that it doesn’t hurt my eyes. I had a detached retina and it was successfully treated. However, certain lights are painful. I can’t have on most overhead lights at home. This light is easy on my eyes and I can see very well. To sum it up, the perfect light for every condition.

ella dragif: I got this lamp because it said the lights last long. The brightness is good but I have it at the end of my desk so the light is coming in from the side giving me shadows on my keys when I'm typing. It would have been better if the neck was a foot longer so the lite could be more overhead than the side. Thats why I gave it a 4 star rather than a five. Besides that, it is a good lite with good lighting.

David Garth: I’m a retired professional photographer who spent years trying to get the light just right. Great quality light has to be the right brightness, the right color temperature, full spectrum, and the right amount of diffusion.
This is my second Verilux, because I was so impressed with my new Verilux desk lamp. This floor lamp also hits all the right notes. The light quality really is magical—soothing and soft when you need it to be, brighter and more defined when appropriate. It’s easy to adjust all the parameters.
I was concerned because a few reviews faulted build quality. I’ve found it just the opposite. The construction is very robust and assembly was very easy. Overall, a great product.

Amazon Customer: I have used the Verilux SmartLight Full Spectrum LED Modern Floor Lamp Item B0742GZ9FV for the past month and I am impressed. Assembly is very easy and the base is stable. Controls are very easy and intuitive to use. Controls are on the lamp, no control to use or have to replace batteries to get it to work. Brightness and color range is very good and consistent from one use to another.
