Jpuff: Lighting is equivalent to daylight which helps choosing true colors. Use mostly for hand applique and quilting. Easy to assemble and move from room to room if necessary.

Geri Deller: I like how bright it is, and the base is very sturdy. I felt the tubes could have screwed together easier. The middle one did not go into the bottom one well at all and you can see the screw threads. I don’t want the inconvenience of sending it back and otherwise I like it. The screw threads on the tubes are too rough! They should be smoother. I would suggest for anybody putting this together to rub beeswax on the threads at the bottom of each tube before connecting; however, the company could do better with making these smoother to begin with.

Amazon Customer: I use this light for my needlework. My current project has many colors of pale pink to silver/grey to white. I can now easily see which is which because of the daylight light. The pole is metal so I can place magnets to hold needles, hooks for threads and my needle threader. This is one of the best gifts I've given myself.
