L. Bickle: Where to even begin. I purchased two of these lamps within the past year. Within the first month I had issues with a remote (Just quit working, no lights, nothing) and it took an act of congress and almost a month to get a replacement. Looking back, I should have just sent the whole thing back to Amazon and had them send a replacement lamp, but I really didn't want to have to tear it back apart and re-box everything and send it back.....Finally got them (Dimuntec-US) to send a replacement after telling me they did not have any but that they could refund me $8. Like seriously what is $8 going to do, it’s not like I can go elsewhere and buy this remote? Without the remote this lamp is a pain to operate. So, moving on, we finely received the remote and of course the one they sent did not have the magnet in it like the original one had so it would not stick to the pole. Due to the pain it was to even get the replacement I didn’t even bother reaching back out to them and at least it worked, I will just set it on the table. Who would have thought just trying to get a replacement remote would be such an ordeal. For the next 6-8 months or so the lamps seemed to work great other than...

Paul Minot: I bought a pair of these lamps to place in the back corners of our TV room, to provide some ambient lighting, and personal lighting if needed. These lamps were easy to set up, look very modern and nice (if a little on the small side), and provide a great amount of adjustment to get just the right color and level of lighting in the room. And the personal lamps are equally functional.

The remotes were a bit small and flimsy--the "control panel" insert fell off one of them, but some glue will fix it. And at this modest price, what should you expect? The touch controls on the pole will make do when my teens have inevitably lost the remotes anyway.

In short, I got more than my money's worth, and I'm very happy with the results.

Birdatemyface: It looks beautiful and I love that I can adjust any brightness to darkness, shades of the white and it’s easy to change with the remote. I really like this one, very bright. Easy to install.

KatieKatie: I was surprised how much I like this lamp for the cost it was. I can pick what shade light and the brightness. It barely takes up any space so it's never an eye sore.
We used this in a room we have to ceiling lights in and it does a surprisingly well job lighting the room without that 'in your eye' brightness.

71Gadgitz: I have an old 100w halogen light that I would like to replace with a new modern LED version. Unfortunately they all fall short when it comes to brightness. The reading light is decent enough however the 'whole room' light at the top is far from being bring. I tested the light at night by placing it in the corner of a 13'x20' room. The entire room was dimly lit, lots of shadows and the opposite corner of the room would require an additional light source if you wanted to see anything clearly.

Tom Chung: There was no ceiling light in my sitting room. So, quite a dark place. By that time, I had to switch on the lights on dining room. And I was not satisfied because I wanted to read my books on the sofa. The dining room got warm light which was yellowish and not bright enough. So I had been looking for floor lamp for bright cool day light for quite a while.

This lamp took me around 15 minutes to assemble. Quite simple. You can do it even without an instruction guide. It has a total 4 choices of light warmth. And I prefer cool day light, of course. And I can also adjust the brightness for each warmth. I am happy with it so I just bought another one to replace the yellow ceiling light in the dining room.

Good ones. Highly recommended.

Tw98er: I chose this lamp over others because the remote is supposed to be magnetic and attach to the pole.
The remotes does NOT have any magnetic features. Product description is inaccurate as is! Emailed the seller who replied that they don’t have parts for this and suggested I contact the mfr. Emailed Dimunt through their 'Contact Us' and have had NO response from them. I bought & tried magnetic adhesive tape but it wasn’t strong enough to work. Does someone make stronger magnetic tape? Might see if I can find a small basket or holder that I could attach to the pole to store the remote in. I don’t like remotes lying around getting in the way or misplaced. I kept the lamp as it is good enough & flexible enough for my sewing room needs. I detest false advertising and won’t buy another Dimunt product again.

Amazon Customer: The lamp was delivered yesterday afternoon (Friday Jan 22, 2021 - ordered Dec 4, 2020). I assembled it but had to wait until evening to try it out. I like the numerous settings and main indirect light on top. The remote helps as I can adjust light across the room. The three settings for light from cool to warm is a nice feature. The reading lamp works the same. And I like that the lamp remembers what your last setting was when you turn it back on.
The lamp is thin and modern and is not intrusive in the living room. The remote has a magnet so can stick to the metal frame out of the way (less chance to misplace).
It was worth the wait when it finally arrived (delayed over the Christmas season due to high volume of packages). I have been slowly replacing all of the lights in my house with LED lights, so this is a welcome addition.
