Jaime M. Martinez: I highly recommend this accessory for the compaitble Vantrue dashcam models. I have the Vantrue X4s Duo and this mount made it easy to install and does a great job providing speed and lat/long coordinates on videos while driving.

The sunction cup only fell once in the 6months i have had it but that was on an extremely hot day (just about 100 degrees with heat index of over 110). I am in the midwest so your mileage may vary if you are in extremely hot climates like Texas, Florida, or Arizona.

James: I got this for my N1 Pro, works very well. I gave 1 star for night vision and picture quality only because it is not a camera.. and can't record... or take pictures... But a must have when using the camera, it makes it so you can see the speed you were going in the video, and where you were going.

Rick_ATL: My original mount as received did not work well - I wasn't sure if it was faulty or not. Since I did not perform the install until waay after the return window had closed, I thought I was screwed. Well, on a lark, I wrote a letter to Vantrue explaining the situation. They offered to send a replacement at no charge! That is what I call standing behind your product with good service.

Shlomo C: We do not have too many hot days in Toronto, but on those hot days, this Suction Cup, falling down from the window, throw the Camera on the floor and pulls the wire out of the ceiling.

I give 3 stars for the other days which it holding the camera.

AzFranz: The GPS and mount work great. However, once you purchase the gps mount and decide to install it you find the power connector is off-set from the original mount. Once you set the suction cup the gps power is on the passenger side. The non-gps mount’s power is on too facing the headliner; this makes for a cleaner and easier install with a straight plug end. A 90 degree plug end would be nice because it throws off the install cleanliness a bit.

Stephen XStephen X: I just bought the N4 camera and wanted to buy the GPS receiver as well. The N4 camera package came brand new and the camera in pristine condition. No problems at all with the camera. The GPS receiver on the other hand , left much to be desired as far as the packaging and condition goes.

The GPS receiver came in a box inside of the typical Amazon white bubble bag. After opening the Amazon bag, I took out the receiver box. I noticed right away that the box was open on the side. I thought, maybe it got busted open during transit but there were no signs of damage on the box or bag. I opened the flaps of the box where it was already opened and took the receiver out. There was no cardboard, foam, or bubble wrap of any kind inside to protect the receiver from rattling around in the box. There was also no instructions inside, simply just a receiver (excep the plastic over the suction part) inside of a box and nothing else. Its unusual that for a company that puts so much effort into packaging their latest model camera did not do so well with their receiver that goes with it.
