AshleyAshley: I’m giving this five stars after having used this for a year. It did tend to turn off and on near the end of it’s life. And yes, I said end. The screen died on me after a year of use. But! Their customer service team is out of this world. It took only a couple of emails of details between me and their rep, and I had a brand new camera sent to me free of charge the very next day. It was the easiest interaction i’ve ever had when it came to replacing a product. The interface is easy, the videos are well detailed and let me tell you, i’ve been hit twice since installation, and I am so grateful for making this purchase. I was able to show the cops the playback right there, and helped resolve any issue. Thank you Heaboli.

Scott: I got this dashcam to replace one I had with flaws. This one is much better. It is easy to download videos to my phone to view later. It is somewhat slow in the download but would probably be quicker if i removed the chip and placed it in my computer. Fortunately the need has not risen for me to have to download multiple videos. I am also happy with the picture quality is is detailed and easy to see. The front camera is a higher quality than the rear but both are great. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

Gary W.: Two months ago I upgraded my front/rear dash camera but was looking for a parking mode model. After viewing the many videos of this product (Heaboli 4k front/rear cam), I decided to try this. In the videos it does not mention the parking mode internal battery and how it operates. The products description does that pretty well, but wanted first hand viewers experience. After turning off the vehicle, the camera sleeps until an impact wakes it up and records for about a minute. Good feature for hit and run cars. Anyway, after installing the cameras and tested them, they work very well. Was easy to install. Note: Check your old camera connection cord, as it may fit without re-routing the cord again. Maybe rear camera cord also, but I used the new camera cord. In operation, it works same as all dash cameras, start car, camera comes on, etc. But I noticed that after turning car off then starting again (5 minutes later) that the camera fails to come on and have to to manually turn camera on. In the product description, and viewers videos of product, it states and shows that a short USB cord is included, but mine did not have it. The instruction booklet also did not show the USB cord...

I had made several road trips after I installed the dash cam. The video quality is pretty good. However, you have to format the SD card from time to time, otherwise the emergency file folds could be filled and not able to keep latest incidents.

My old 720P resolution dash cam started to show signs of aging after few years. With the worsen traffic and criminal records in Nor CAL area, I would not risk of going out without a good dash cam. My priority is a 4K front resolution with rear camera, plus parking monitor, as I read few "hit 'n run" incidents in nearby malls, including one from the Costco recently. I am not tech savvy enough to hardwire the power cord into fuse box for continuous parking monitor after power off, thus the one dash cam with a small built-in battery for few hours parking monitor became my first choice. Of course the price has to be affordable.
After certain survey, I decided to go with the Heaboli HP88, which almost meets all my wants. The only concern I have left is whether the included rear camera cable long...
