JESS: Everything I need to know about my “can” and “can’t” eat, drink, spices, vitamins and supplements, diseases and symptoms… all broke down into this palm size book that I can take with me without having to search thru my hundreds and thousands of screenshots trying to find what I can and cannot look at, touch, smell 😂 etc…. For my blood type . I have started to incorporate these things or eliminate and noticed such a huge difference in the way I feel daily! Truly amazing.
LOVE IT!!

Kyle Ramsey: I always knew that there was something different about every blood type, especially when it comes to the food that should be eaten. Very much appreciate the insight, because the book is saving me time when it comes to researching this important information. Thank you 😊

Diane: I purchased the Eat right for your type book, as well the supplement lists for Type A and Type O. Many foods in the supplement lists are listed differently to the book. For example 'Sardine and salmon' among others are listed in the book as 'highly beneficial', yet listed in the supplement list as 'neutral', and in the book for instance 'caviar' is listed as 'avoid' yet in the supplement list is 'neutral'. 'Pinto beans' are listed as 'highly beneficial' in the book, and 'avoid' in the lists. Just a tiny few of the inconsistencies. How ON EARTH can this be scientific when the science evidently keeps changing? What a waste of money.

Perhaps I should have known better when he started going on about how people lived tens of thousands of years ago...there is absolutely no hard evidence we were even around then, and yet somehow he manages to embellish a whole narrative...

Eringobragh: Perfect size! I bought the extended version as well but this one is great to take with you and to sum up your specific blood type.

J. Hoover: I became interested in the blood type diet after I read a personality description of myself based on my blood type. It described me very well and kind of reminded me of astrology and horoscopes. I don't know if there's any truth behind it, but it's still interesting. It started me thinking, if my blood type could describe my personality so well, maybe there is something behind the blood type diet? This diet has been around for years, but I never gave it much thought based on people calling it a fad. It may very well be, I'm still not sure, but I did enjoy this little book.

This book is my initial introduction into the blood type diet. I wanted to get right down to the nitty gritty and see if eating more of these beneficial foods and less of the avoid foods would benefit my health before diving right into the main book. After reading this I will be reading "Eat Right for Your Type." So far most of the information has rung true for me. There is a high incidence of cancer in our family so that is a fear of mine. I am interesting in learning ways to prevent it. The author's advice matches pretty closely to other "anti-cancer" diets-- *Eat more plants/ plant based foods *Eat...

Kjlkarebab: For those of you who have doubts about whether blood type should really be a reason for eating a certain way, I feel you. If you do, I strongly recommend that you take a good look at a few of the online breakdowns of the Blood Type diets online (likely very brief, doesn't include all the info of the book though) & see if: 1) some of the foods you favor are amongst the "Beneficial", & 2) while other people go crazy for a type of food (eg: seafood, mushrooms, pickles, etc.. anything!) are what you're not quite a fan of (or hate).

After I checked this out was when lots of things suddenly started to make sense. I am Type A blood. This may sound a bit weird, but I tend to enjoy my foods a little blandly (oatmeal w/ nothing to flavor, black iced/hot coffee w/o cream or sugar, etc) Lots of the time I will eat something without condiments or I ask for my salad w/ no dressing b/c dressing is just gross to me). This is in part, due to the way I grew up but also is mainly how I've responded to my reactions to moderate or even very small quantities of sugar, salt, or other things like spices & vinegar: I always got swollen the next day (eyes, fingers, puffy cheeks...etc..)...

Carolyne V. Lain: the information contained in this book is an excellent supplement to the main book "Cook Right For Your Type", and i refer to it constantly. i am very glad i purchased these books.

unfortunately i suffered a setback - was hospitalized for 5 days - and received a big setback insofar as my diet is concerned, but as soon as i am allowed up and around again, it will be back on this diet.
