Sumter1st PHChurch: This USB 3.0 hub is great for accessing a USB 3.0 port from the front of one an older computer that has USB 2.0 on the front. The only limitation encountered so far is when we plugged an external hard drive into the hub. We already had the mouse/keyboard dongle plugged into the hub. But, with both the dongle and hard drive plugged in, neither the mouse or keyboard worked. Otherwise, no problems.

Teresa: I'm the type of guy that takes cable management very seriously. Because of that, I bought this with the intention of only having one USB cable connecting to the PC while the rest of the cables hide underneath my desk. Used it for months, and all was well. Had a mouse, keyboard, ext SSD, USB stick, and Ethernet connected to it.

One red flag I saw and should've saw coming was the fact that it's "back feeding" into my PC. The LED on my PC still stays on after powering my PC off. After my PC turns off and I disconnect my PC power cord, I press and hold the power button to drain remaining electricity and my PC actually comes on for 3 whole secs before powering off.

But the straw that broke the camel's back is my PC restarting randomly. It's not frequent but it does happen. I didnt know what was going on. I modded my PC alot so It could've been alot of things. I had a 90 degree power cord adapter + 1.5ft power cord to not only make putting my PC against the wall more manageable but not have alot of PC slack hanging while connecting to my power strip. Took em off and used my PSU cable that it shipped with. Still restarted. I had 180 degree gpu to PSU adapters. Took em off...

Perfect functionality for what I needed on my stand-up workstation. The cord length connecting to the PC is perfect allowing for us when my desk is down or up. The size is great as it doesn't take up much room and I attached it to my desk with a bit of double sided tape. Three ports on top and one on the side.

Couldn't ask for more from this unit and at a great price point extending the efficiency of your workstation. An easy go-to should I need another one in the future.

Blue Tigra: Received this HUB device on Oct 24, 2018. I like that it has a 4' cable to plug into the PC. Some reviews and answers to my questions indicated that it had only a 12 inch USB cord. It definitely has 4'. Be sure that you select the right item above when ordering the HUB. The selection above has different USB cord lengths at different prices so be aware of this as you purchase it.

It did NOT come with a charging cable so I cannot rate that portion of the device. That is why I give it an overall four stars. I have used all four USB 3.0 ports and they work very well. Each port holds the USB 3.0 device firmly and it is not difficult to insert the USB 3.0 devices into them like some other brands tend to do. So far, I've had no problems with this product.

Pros:
Besides those pros listed above, I give it a five stars for not being expensive.
The individual ports are NOT lighted which I like a lot. It does have a tiny dot of light at the top of the unit that shows that it is on or not. With many other brands, the lighted USB ports are too bright when using them at night.
Four USB 3.0 ports are the most we needed and this works out just perfect for our uses.
