Came home one day and the original pump had burned out, my cat was devastated that his water fountain wasn’t working. As he will sit and stare at it. His favorite part is when I fill it up.
Ordered this one and it fit perfectly into the little slot, you can control the amount of water it pushes out so it’s not shooting out to far. Incase you want a calmer drinking experience for your kitties.
Haven’t had an issue yet and it’s probably been about 3-4 months. Super happy with the product , would definitely recommend to others looking for a replacement pump.

Sandy B: A little too powerful for the Pioneer pet fountain. It splashes outside the stainless steel fountain if I fill it too much with water. It's fine if I don't fill the basin too full. This is noisier than the pump that is made for the Pioneer fountain.
