S. Young: Very well written to hold your interest. So many twists and turns that I could not put it down until the end. Can’t wait for the next adventure.

Amazon Customer: Enjoyed the read. Have the rest of the series hopefully they are just as good. Liked the story line. Going to have to do some reading about the Cherokee Nation and learn some more history.

an avid reader of all fiction!: A real good book for young people. Unfortunately their is no substance in the book and it is very similar to the Nicholas cage films where they are looking for a lost treasure.I could not recommend this book for cult readers.

Boomer: I stumbled onto this while I was looking for a new series, and the premise was enough to suck me in because it sounded like a mixture of Indiana Jones, Tomb Raider, and National Treasure - with three great names like that, I was expecting this to be pretty darn good. To start with a positive, the author does a good job of describing the various natural landmarks and features of Georgia. I can't say if they're accurate or not, but when I can visualize the scene, the author's doing something right. Sure there's editing issues here and there, but nothing bad enough to make me want to stop reading. So far so good.
What DID make me want to stop reading was protagonist Sean Wyatt, who has to be one of the dumbest heroes I've encountered. A few spoilers to follow BTW. He's the usual Indiana Jones style tough guy hero, facing death one moment, cracking jokes the next, but unlike Indy, he has zero charisma, and makes such bad choices that you want to reach through the pages and strangle the guy. Early on he picks up a reporter Allyson who goes on the run with him after the bad guys try and kill them. Later she saves his life, because as it turns out, she's actually an operative from...

Kindle Customer: I had read 6 of the Wyatt series in no particular order, enjoying each and every one of them before I found myself wondering about where the author was coming from with this series.
So I decided to back track to the initial book an take a look.
It has been well worth it!
The style is there but not quite as polished as that of the later books. The dialogue and action scenes are missing some of that special something.
Don't get me wrong it is a page turner and a great read.
But I have learnt a valuable lesson and intend to read these novels in the order that the author has released them.
This decision has enhanced my experience even more than I had expected it would.

annemitcham: The secret of the stones is exciting and it had me guessing right up until the end, but it is also super realistic. I kept finding myself googling locations and monuments and planning a future road trip.
