Love: Thoroughly enjoy this series! When my husband and I travel in the car for extended trips, I read all different kinds of genre of books to him while he drives. (It passes the time quickly!) He usually prefers non-fiction, political science, or physics, string theory type books. This is one of the first fiction books he has enjoyed. I loved the fast-paced action of it, and it also helped me try to understand the complex theories of quantum mechanics and string theory just an infinitesimal smidge better😉 We hope there will be a few more books in this series.

VAM: A little slow to get going, but once the pace picked up, the intriguing storyline took off with intense action and excitement. The quality of the writing is excellent, and the many interesting characters are well developed. I will read more from this author.

Darren Campbell: I like the characters in these stories and the plots keep things exciting. If you read the books you may just learn a little about science and geography without even meaning to. This one was more of a nail-biter than the last one for myself. I read faster when the story is good and I set a personal record finishing this one. Only Dean Koontz kept me reading at a pace like this before. The other thing that I could compare is that, like Mr. Koontz, I do not want the story to end without knowing more, but alas, the story must end somewhere. Good job, sir.

EA.Holloway: I felt that five stars is deserved for the work put into the thyries developed, in the book and for me this brings to mind how life is a gift. ...not an accident. The reason for his returning to the house ( regretting a drunken prank) seemed to be a bit disapointment. I will be reading the next book , hopefully the characters will develop a stronger presents.

BlueSurvivor: I have loved everything this author has written and this latest book is no exception.
Very clever plot, just enough explanation of a vast subject to give enough knowledge to enjoy the development of the story. Characters with warmth, depth& flaws which endear them to the reader so that they are believable, I hope it's not too long until the next instalment is available as I am already looking forward to it very much. Enjoy 😉

Cheryl: The stories that Grumley writes are enthralling on their own. Add in the reality of the science and these become something that not just might happen but genuinely could. One of my favourite authors, I love all his books and look forward to the next one every time.

ReynoldsHafner: The Desert of Glass is a fun and entertaining read! I’m so glad I re-read The Last Monument first. It was great to be reunited with Joe and Angela and enjoy another mind-boggling, page-turning adventure with them. Once again, I am overwhelmed with the extent and depth of research Grumley imbues into his books. The mysteries of quantum physics are particularly exciting and awe inspiring.

Kindle Customer: As usual, Michael Grumley does not disappoint. So much happening with unexpected threads of connection. Sad how money and power is the end all, be all for many of us humans. His books are deep thinkers
