E: I would prefer the TG ball inside. I use it against the wall on my body rather than on a mat. the roller alsonnot bad perhaps im just too lazy. price is better here than out in the market.

Maria: I entered my 30s a few years ago and had the wonderfully awful sensation of waking up and going to sleep feeling like I had been run down by several Mac trucks. Yoga and Pilates and tai chi are great, but listen, you need this. I roll my back out first thing in the morning and twice after work, and it has made me cry with joy. Painful on rolling out tight muscles in the legs, but that is part of the point for foam rollers. Comes with a cute ball that I keep losing for smaller and harder to reach muscles (psoas), and a nifty carrying strap that I also keep losing. You should get this. Worth it worth it worth it.

mL: It's a good travel size roller that I can bring to the gym or use at home. I like the shorter size and I try to position like a V (with the center being my spine), slightly tiled by my shoulder blades to get the trap area. Very good for post workout to stretch the muscles.

Chelsy: Good value for the package with the massage ball. I haven't used the strap to bring it anywhere, but I imagine it will be useful if I wanted to bring it to the gym or something.

Stefan: i purchased this mostly because it comes with a strap for me to hang on a door handle.
MB1 ball is a huge bonus. it's small but firm which is easier massage your tight muscles.
if you buy this GRID roller, it's better to follow their IG or youtube. they have a tons of how to videos and
videos of using GRID roller to do workout.

Emil VDF: Its clear that the TriggerPoint roller is quality, when you get to start using it on regular basis. I would defiantly recommend the product and pay a bit extra for getting something you just know is going to work.

Syed Uzair HaiderSyed Uzair Haider: This is a lifesaver. I've had back issue since last 2 years due to an accident. I went to physiotherapist, sports doctors & chiropractor but still my sleep quality was poor.
My chiropractor suggested getting a foam roller and after reviewing the internet I went for Triggerpoint.
This is the best $55 I've ever spent. My sleep quality has improved as well as mobility.
