Trigger Point & Deep Tissue Back Massager: Realign Your Back with a Yoga Wheel, Foam Roller & More!

AMNAMN: We own another brand of back roller and only use this approx 2 times a month. We like the size and texture of this brand. Unfortunately this product broke under my weight of 200 lbs. I am very slow and deliberate while using it. We have an email in and hope they will cover it under warranty. If we haven't edited this review the company doesn't stand by their product or customer service.

Edit: after contacting company they covered under warranty and we raised our review to 5 star because things happen and they stood behind the product and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely buy from them again

whippet: This does stretch your back in all four directions. But take it easy on the first attempt. I overdid the stretches not too long after lunch and was nauseous for a a couple of hours. I find it best to do in the morning on an empty stomach

Jamie MacanderJamie Macander: I suffer from daily back pain & have been scared of going to the chiropractor with COVID19 (not really interested in sticking my face in that little hole on the table). This wheel is amazing & I’m in love with it! You know that feeling you get after an adjustment, that fresh & relieved feeling? That’s the feeling I get every time I use it, especially in the mornings. It’s been such a great tool to crack & really stretches your back. The only thing is that it’s a little larger than my previous foam roller so you’re kind of higher up than I’d like but I’m getting used to it. Highly recommend!

The Angelo Show!: It is a bit awkward to use at first but once you read the instructions and try it a few times you will see that it gives you a good stretch and relieves minor back aches. It can hurt a bit on the skin but overall I think it was a good buy and does the job.

Andrea Garcia: This has been an amazing addition to our morning and evening regimen. After only a few days there was a noticeable change in the mobility of my neck and core in general. I have chronic neck pain due to an accident where I sustained cervical fractures. They are now stable but isometric stretches and rolling on lacrosse balls on the wall or ground still calls for muscle involvement. This is a completely passive stretch and gravity does the work. The material feels great on my spine, massage-like. Made very well, solid design. My boyfriend suffers from lower back pain and gets a great stretch on it as well. The only caution I would give like anything new is to take it slow and build up to it, especially those with injuries!

Little Omi: I've had back issues for years, including degeneration, stenosis, herniation and bone spurs. I was able to cut back on my pain medication after using this. It's the kind of thing that's not very comfortable while doing it, but my relief was fairly instant after. I could hear crunching and popping while the motion was realigning things. My normal routine is to roll on this a few times after a warm morning shower has loosened up my muscles. I was skeptical at first but am now a believer. I don't use it every day either, although others may benefit from doing so. I find a few times a week is enough to keep my back happy.
