Kiki: The remote for the DVD player was not working. I contacted customer support at Tojock and requested a new remote. Cathy at Tojock was helpful and sent a new DVD player that I received within a few days of my request. Cathy also provided shipping information with an ETA. The DVD player is working! I appreciate the prompt response to my request.

The Walker's: Long story short I have a 15 year old flat screen TV/DVD combo. The DVD player in the TV just stopped working. It's much cheaper to buy a dvd player than it is to buy a whole new TV and on top of that buy a dvd player! We are firm believers of "if it's not broken don't fix it". TV still works great so there's no reason to replace it just because the DVD player decided to call it quits after 15 years.
On to the portable DVD player:
This DVD player is SUPER LIGHT, made me pretty uneasy upon opening it. However, it works GREAT! I hooked it up with HDMI input. Picture quality is exactly the same as my TV there's no difference. The sound quality is a little lower than my TV. I used to be able to able to watch DVD's on volume 1 and now in order to hear it I have to raise it to volume 3. Not a big deal. The DVD player is quiet and works well. The remote works well, fast and receptive. No complaints!

Product ended up being defective, so far I'm out $38.
Contacted amazon, the only thing they were able to tell me is that the product is defective, then sent me an email to their troubleshooting page, which tells me NOTHING about what to do with the product...
