David Bishop: Simple set up, simple to use, performs flawlessly with all my blue rays, dvds, and music cds. Jim King: The player worked great until a lightning strike fried/exploded a transformer across the road and fried our TV, cable box... and the player with my grandsons favorite bluray movie stuck inside (after the power came back on and I was at work) and he "forcefully, although brilliantly, extracted said movie disc from the player.
A nice "upgrade" LG could perform on this player is to include a manual eject "hole" (for lack of a better description) like earlier models of disc players had. A simple stiff wire opened them with a simple push of the wire.
Therefore I am ordering a new one to replaced the one that got fried (and received minor damage from a very smart grandson "removing" his favorite movie disc)
