NancyNancy: I think is a hilarious book since you will be able to do read it in less than 1 week. However, I think the essential think is ponder and do the exercise consciously. It is worth it since you're investing money on yourself!

Tortuga Prince: I bought this as a gift for a female friend of mine, after I asked my psychologist friend what would be a good workbook for her. He likes this one and there’s another one by a different author for men “anger management workbook for men.” There are easy exercises following very short easy to read chapters In both. So, based on that, I recommend.

Customer!: I love the worksheets at the end and the customizable self care plan. The worksheets are great and the self assessments to learn your weaknesses and strengths and things to work on. The case studies showed examples of healthy communication. I love this book.

Gemma: I have found this book really helpful for dealing with my anger, and for learning less destructive ways of dealing with it. In the book she gives techniques you can use to change the way you deal with anger, some target the way you are thinking and others are practical things, I've found both equally useful. I'm continuing to use the techniques I learned and they are continuing to help me.
I hope this is helpful and remember it's ok to struggle with anger, it doesn't make you unlovable or lesser, you are not alone ❤️

Raj71: Have not worked through it all but it is really good. I did not think I comparatively with the rest of society had an issue, but it made me realise why I do not sleep well and explained how my frustrations are making my body unwell.

Estelle Green: Sometimes it is difficult to get someone to see that they have a problem with their anger and if you try and tell them they become defensive and ignore you. I first copied the assestment test and gave it for the individual to take and after they completed it, their score indicated that they needed professional help. I then gave them the workbook. That was 2 weeks ago and their has definitely been a change in them and they have recognized the change and have become aware that they have problem without knowing it. The assignments that they do has been of great help to them. The workbook is doing what I or no one else could have done. If you have a loved one that needs anger management help, this workbook is what you need. I highly recommend it. It even helped me to look at the individual differently. Anger is something that is learned.
