Joshua: Very easy to install.
Just connected the existing wires to the corresponding terminals on the new unit.
This replaced an earlier (almost identical) model that we've had for about 25 years.
The only noticeable difference is a connecting bar on 2 of the terminals which didn't interfere with the installation.
