nannette: I was so excited to get this, it doesn't cool a small room only big enough for a dresser and queen side bed nor doesnt bring to much cool on the body when close even when using ice and the ice pack they provide NOT worth the money

Tina B.: This product does not work best when there is humidity in the home. The circle feature turn clockwise and there is no adjustments to make. Other coolers have adjustable vents (grill) that goes up and down, left or right. You must put the cooler directly in the spot you want and then select your speed. I over paid on this one even in a sale. I value it at $60 no more. I paid $99 +tax.

Edvard: Product worked fine until this last month whenbthe pump stopped working so the cooling function us now useless, and the fan ia running at a reduced speed. Would not reccomend buying for this reason.

Mary: We found it cools better when you put the ice only I'm the top and fill the water reservoir almost to the rim. We love it. It works great.

We actually had it turned off for the first time since we bought it on the 27th of April last night, and the difference in temperature was grossly amazing. My husband washed/filled it after we woke up and let me tell you, as soon as this thing was plugged in we could tell. My only 'complaint' is the little ice packs it came with seem to have formed a bubble in the middle and the top door won't close all the way because of it, but I'd take that a thousand times over for how great this works. It's been a lifesaver for me, and I'm so glad we took a chance and ordered it :)
