Lynsey Oram: Product cools but you HAVE to clean very thoroughly after each use, miss one cleaning and you’re in for a nightmare! We are very clean people, yet somehow it still dirties frequently. You can’t clean the dust out without taking the machine apart which is a whole project within itself. And I simply wouldn’t suggest this to anyone, take my word for it!

Amazon Customer: I am old and have lived in Oklahoma my whole life. I give this 4 star rating because it sort of works. This is just a mini "swamp cooler" or evaporative cooler. The air coming out is only as cool as the water trickling over the webbing in the back. The little blue things they supply are ok (fyi, they are in the bottom of the Styrofoam packing and easy to miss while unpacking) but ice works best. If you put cold water in the tank via a jug of water you keep in the frig or ice it works pretty well in a small insulated room. Not the same as AC but helps.

Monkey3017: The fan isn't very cool air and you have to sit buy it to feel it. The air conditioner part cools the room very well. The bottles it cines with bust very easily. Make sure you buy a different brand of bottles to cool your water. Put ice in the top to make water colder. It works good for small rooms.

Kurt V.: The media could not be loaded. I just received this and tried this out in my home. It's February, so it’s not really air cooling season, but I wanted to get a review out on this. Please watch the video, but by first observation/use, it seems to work as advertised. Know what this is and is not. It's NOT an air conditioner as the title seems to imply. The seller should take that out of their description. The instruction manual does state as a disclaimer accurately that it’s not an AC, but the description here should not imply that it is. It's basically a "swamp cooler". It blows air over a filter saturated with cold water. It humidifies the air (unlike an air conditioner). The air will only be as cool as the water saturating the filter. Practically, they are used to cool the air, and I am cautiously optimistic for it on first impressions. The pump seems less than substantial, but as long as it works and lasts, that's all that matters. It's not designed for a large area, but a normal size room/bedroom. The 3-speed fan seems powerful enough for what it is, and it looks nice and is classier than a homemade swamp cooler. I'm giving it 5-stars for now, but will change that if...
