Tarosan: Fairly quiet operation. controls easy to use.
Would like specs to identify length of time for a full tank of water at the various speeds if cooling is picked.
A little diffculty in filling tank, always some spillage even when using a spouted container.

Enara West: The media could not be loaded. I liked the fact that this unit is lightweight and easy to set up/use, but I didn’t like the fact that it operates as a slightly cooler fan and makes the room you use it in, incredibly humid. I’ll be returning this air cooler and investing in a proper air conditioner for my home.

Carol Shewchuk: Easy to use. Works great in apartments or normal house rooms. Automatic shut off. When out of water the fan just blows

Pharm403: Love this product. I have it in my bedroom and I sleep so much better at night. At first with 8 litres we found a bit of leakage so go with 7.5 instead with no problem. Remote works great and even when on just fan it’s still cool. I spend a lot of time in bed so runs 24 hours a day. It’s filled once per day and that seems fine. Have not had to clean yet so we shall see how that goes when the time comes.

Malinda Kester: I like it a lot! I live in the Arizona desert and it gets really hot here! I have it next to my bed and just on the low setting it is plenty cool enough. It isn't any more noisy than a fan, except for when the water tank is low on water. It is a little hard to see into the water tank and be able to see how full it is. There is a window that is supposed to show the water level, but it is black colored plastic. My one real complaint is that the remote quit working the 2nd day. I tried changing the batteries a few times, but that didn't work.

Ranette: This works well as a fan, but is actually quite loud even on the lowest setting.
The cool setting uses the water in the basin, which is terribly difficult to fill, since no funnel is offered and the fill spot is way at the bottom, inside a panel, which is also a bit tough to remove. Try that with a gallon jug.
It got so thick in the air, with moisture, but didn't especially cool the place off. The only saving grace was the direct fan. Honestly.

Tyler Whitmore: Works as an effective fan, but in order to get the most out of the cooler you need to use cold water. Like actually cold water. Ice would be useful too but the fill port is very small and will not fit standard sized ice cubes. I refrigerate a gallon of water and then use that to fill the unit. Even when not filling with water and just using the fan feature, this effectively blows air and does a decent job of cooling the room.
I have been looking for an air cooler for some time and most are super cheap and un-trustworthy. This one works well, but it does come at a price.

Matt: I live in a fairly small space and this works great for me. It's almost like having an air conditioner on low, but without the high power usage. It guzzles water, but that isn't really a problem. The important thing I have learned though is that you need good ventilation to take the humid air out, or it will make the heat worse after a certain point. Still, for a single room, I find that a small fan at the window will do the job. It's a great product though and in addition to getting one for myself, I got one for my grandmother.
The only negative I will say for it is that it is a pain to take apart to clean and I think the design could be improved to make the basin a little more accessible to remove etc. Still a great product though.

Michael M.: Product arrived with the side panels not secure in place. The only thing holding them in place was the tape put on by the manufacturer. Once I was able to get the side panel back on (instructions on how they attach would have been helpful), the unit was ready to go.
A couple "issues":
1. Battery in remote was loose and had to be re-seated to get remote to work.
2. Fill level window is almost impossible to see. Even with a flashlight I cannot see fill level.
Pros:
1. Basically pull out of the box, fill and your ready to go.
2. Fan blower speeds are nice, but the higher the fan speed the louder the unit.
3. Air is nice and cool...has helped out in a room that is always warm. I've had to turn it off several times because I got cold.
4. I like the compact size. Fits under a desk when not in use. Lightweight, vwhen not filled with water.
Overall, I'm happy with the product, with some room for improvement.

Amazon Customer: At this price point it’s not worth it. I mean, the fan is not bad, the water makes the air coming out cooler, but it won’t cool down the room and lower the temperature. It even says on the box that it won’t make your room cooler. It’s just a strong winded, loud (!) fan that is nice as long as you’re right in front of it. On hot days when we put it in our bedroom and close the door it’s like walking into a humid hot pool house a couple hours later. Oh! And it makes screeching sounds when it reaches lower water levels so you don’t get the stated hours of use out of it. Buy a cheaper fan, this ain’t worth it.
