A good retired neurosurgeon doctor I follow on the internet who has done some wonderful research on different health issues has recommended CLA for losing weight but it's not a miracle pill. You should also exercise but not over do it. You should also quit all sugars including high fructose corn syrup and MSG. It was very hard for me to give up the sugar but after a few short months I lost thirty pounds. I also know that this product comes in gel caps which contains fluoride and glutamate as well as cow protein so I switch them over to veg caps before taking.

Guapo: I've just completed my 4th bottle and can't say I've lost a single pound due to this supplement. I've lost a few pounds but I had already been losing weight prior to starting this due to diet and exercise. This supplement might not be of any benefit to those already on a diet and exercising. I didn't require much weight loss and thought this would push me over the edge from 4 pack abs to a 6 pack abs.

I suffered through the following symptoms while taking this supplement. If you dig hard enough online you'll see a small number of other people have suffered the same or similar side effects. Despite the side effects I decided to tough it out because I was certain it would eventually have a big payoff.

At the high end of recommended dosages that you can find (about 9 capsules per day) I experienced the following symptoms upon waking the morning after starting.
* Debilitating head ache. Pain medicine barely took the edge off of this headache.
* Severe lower back pain. It didn't feel like it was in the spine. It felt like it was in the connective tissue touching the spine on the left side of my body. It was tough to stand.
* Total knee power...

bmores1: Have been taking these for a while now and have noticed some what of a change in fat position on my body, that I was unable to achieve before using these. Mainly the most noticeable area is around my oblique areas, just seems to be less fatty. I am also exercising and dieting which I am sure has a lot to do with it, but was not able to get the results until starting to use these.

I will try and take some comparison photos to show the size of these pills in the next few days.

Overall I would recommend these.

teatime: This CLA supplement from Source Naturals came out in my search for a vegetarian or vegan CLA supplement, but it certainly is NOT free of animal-by-products. I REALLY wish Amazon would bother to list the ingredients for all pills and supplements on their site. There are other large websites that provide this information, so I don't see why Amazon likes to keep us uninformed. THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS GELATIN. It's so annoying. Even more annoying is the fact that I already took it before noticing because it has one of those laundry lists like: egg-free, dairy-free, yatayata...so I was blissfully unaware...until that is, I noticed "gelatin" was on there and freaked-out. (If you are not a vegetarian, then please don't comment; I am posting this to help others in my same situation.) So, thanks Source Naturals for CLA with boiled hooves! Not!!

Other than this, I had been happy with literally "overnight" results of my clothes fitting looser even without much exercise (30 min of walking or light weight training about 4 times a week). I would recommend CLA in general to anyone trying to lose weight, working hard at it, eating pretty healthy, and still not seeing...
