marina dem: I've taken CLA products in the past but this one doesn't seem to work although I could be wrong. The other products I was able to lose at least 1-2lbs per week but this doesn't do anything. I dislocated my knee recently which resulted in very few cardio days but other than that everything has been almost the same.

Fuzzy Dunlop: I take this daily and workout daily so maybe I'm a special case. All I can say is I eat right, exercise, drink water, and take this along with a handful of other supplements and I gotta say I'm looking good. These have no weird taste or smell and the price is right and the brand reminds me of the 1990s. These are good and I say if you're looking for help in managing weight these may help but again they won't melt away pounds if you don't put in the work

Raanedaze: The major concern with bariatric surgery is the potential for losing muscle mass post-op due to drastic decrease of calorie consumption. I started taking CLA post-op for 3 Reasons:
1. I was not getting in an adequate amount of protein intake, and wanted to maintain muscle mass
2. I started a Weight Lifting program 4-5 days per week
3. I wanted to grow and preserve muscle mass while burning body fat.

I definitely believe this Met-Rx CLA has greatly contributed to my weigh loss, and muscle gain. I took a Body comp assessment and my muscle mass is in the normal range, but the fat loss has decreased greatly over time. Additionally, even though the scale doesn't budge as much, My body measurements (In particular my waist) has reduced dramatically, while keeping curves in the right places. I will keep buying and using this product in conjunction with the Met-Rx L-Carnitine and my Creatine monohydrate. I think this stack has definitely improved my strength and muscle gains in the gym despite not getting adequate protein on a daily basis due to pouch restriction.

SIDE NOTE: These capsules are Waaaay too large for me to swallow, so I cut open the capsule and squeeze...

Jerry Brown: I've been cycling CLA for about two years. First of all, you need to know that you have to use it for AT LEAST 90 days before judging it. Because of the way CLA causes subcutaneous fat loss, it's a slow process. Taking it for a week or a month doesn't give it long enough to work. After my first 90 day cycle, I had excellent separation in my front/lateral/rear delts, and my quads had good definition. After three 90 day cycles (1 year with 4 week breaks between cycles), I had excellent inner pec definition with great serratus muscle separation.

CLA won't get rid of visceral fat and is not a "fat burner". It fools your body into decreasing fat beneath the skin which lets muscle definition show through. If you're working out, this will help with definition and sculpting. If you just want to lose belly or butt fat, this is not the supplement for you.
