Amazon Customer: Ive been taking 1 pill per day for a bit over 1 week and I'm down 2 lbs. Nothing super exciting but I have not changed my diet nor increased my exercise .... even had some beer mid week. I am about 50 lbs overweight, I run after 2 kids and eat my first meal at noon. I take the pill after my lunch. Seems good as I am going down and not doing anything to justify the weight loss.

Oh and yes the capsules are big, but easier to swallow than a prenatal so it's not that bad.

TSHE: This review is extremely overdue,but better later than never, right?!
I'd been weight training, some cardio and a mostly OK diet. I'd tried CLA from several other brands in the past--off and on--spanning several years. The list of brands is too long to name, I've used that many! For the longest I'd been loyal to Primaforce, though not anymore.
In Nov 2019, I purchased--for the first time--and started taking Research Team's 95% CLA, about 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. My normal way of eating was low to moderate carb and in favor of higher protein and fat (recomp diet). I went to visit family for Thanksgiving with the expectation of having to go hard on my training and some serious caloric reduction/macronutrient changes to offset holiday weight/body changes once I returned. To my suprise, I looked even fitter--after eating how I felt was poorly--in comparison to my usual diet. While on my holiday, I ate a huge breakfast every morning (not the norm): 3/4 cup of plain oatmeal, topped with a banana, raisins and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter; 2-3 strips of bacon and a boiled egg; half a bagel; 1 cup of cantaloupe and honey dew melon,combined, or an apple; and some green tea and...

DawnDawn: First off there's a lot of reviews on here stating it did nothing for them or that it made them have to run to the bathroom a lot. Cla is known to have a side effect of causing the runs it won't last forever but while your baby gets use to it just assume you'll have it. If you don't then you'll be pleasantly surprised. Also cla is not a miracle pill, you can't just take it and expect to see results. You need to at the very least eat healthy though cla, eating healthy, and exercise best. Also note it may not work for everyone.

Now on to my actual review. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks now and combined with healthy diet, intermittent fasting, and light exercise I am down 11 pounds. Though I do see more of a difference in my clothing then I do on the scale. I did not get the bathroom side effect but my body has not reacted to cla in this way in the past either.

If you are thinking of taking this I suggest doing your research on cla before hand so you aren't suprised or upset when it causes something like the runs. Probably a good rule of thumb for anything you put in your body
