Ryan: Still high potency at 1500mg a pill but you have to take 3 for advertised dose. A tiny bit misleading but I'm still happy none the less. Pills are large as everyone has stated but I find them easy to swallow even 2 at a time. For weight loss 6 grams a day is the norm (don't go higher) so I take 2 pills twice a day.
