Erica: This drink tastes really bad, I love blue raspberry but this tastes like melted plastic. If you can get past the taste, it does help with your workout. I feel like I can workout for longer without exhausting myself and I definitely notice much less recovery time needed. I take it in the morning and before a workout. I can visibly see my muscles being more defined!

Firezon Girl: I was quite happy with the effectiveness of the Lean BCAA Fruit Punch. To put it into perspective, I am a fit individual who exercises 6 to 7 days a week. I recently started on a new strength building workout program as I find I'm apt to focus on cardio and leg exercises only... I needed more upper body exercises.
