eric felix: CLA has been proven to help lose body fat and promote muscle mass. A couple months ago I found myself at 11% body fat and could keep on losing any more fat regardless of the strict diets and aerobic exercises I was going through. I took Rsp CLA for a month and a half before I checked myself once again and was amazed to see that I had went down to 9 percent body fat. It is stimulant free so you can stack It up with the supplements you are currently taking.
