Heather Ward: I bought this Jan 2023. I definitely do not know how to install these type of systems, but really wanted to add this Access Panel to our building. So I went for it! The directions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I needed some support as I needed this to do different types of access and I was struggling. Wood Chen was so quick to respond! Any time I have application issues he responded quickly as always. Had some issues the other day and was worried since it's been 6 months that I would get the same type of service. I sure was wrong! J. King: The product is stable and functional for medium security applications. Perfect for exterior doors to residential buildings or public e trances to small office buildings. The system networks with ease. Tech support is very good.

Neil Gershgorn: I have now put 2 of these access control locks in both of our commercial spaces and I can't not rave about them anymore. I initially got a quote from a locksmith for something in the range of $5k to install something that was inferior to this product. This product literally has all the functionality you could even need. Such includes:
- Timer for when the door is automatically locked and not locked
- Keyfabs- when you can restrict access during certain days and hours
- Pin card so that individuals who don't have a keyfab/card can still access the space
- Attendance reports (with clocking in and out. I don't use this, but I could see how some businesses would want this)
- Easy access control for providing people with access extremely quickly. We needed to give 100+ people access to the space and I was able to do this in literally 3-4 minutes just with swiping the lock and then uploading.
In addition, I had some user errors that I was unable to figure out myself. The support from Chen was terrific. They helped me figure out what was wrong and gave me additional tips. For the price of a standard commercial lock you get so much more. I can't rave about this...

Wes MacomberWes Macomber: I would like to endorse this product, company and its customer service. I installed the product a few months ago on an outdoor access gate for our condominium community in Boquete, Panama. It was easy to install and has worked flawlessly. Thanks to the immediate response from customer service today I was able to access the controller through a wireless modem and add some RFID keys to the system. The customer service was both quick and accurate. I am very impressed overall with the product, personnel the your company.
This was a pretty simple installation and I would point out that the product is very sophisticated and could be used as access control for large companies with hundreds of employees controlling up to 4 doors per control unit with access control tailored to each door and detailed info on the owner of each RDIF key.
In this application I used a simple weatherproof rocker switch to exit the community property and an RFID sensor/keypad for entrance through a small personnel gate.
