Andrea: Omg this was so amazing. I don’t usually like second chance romance but this was amazing. I loved that we got their whole story not just a prologue of their break up or have to figure out what the initial break up was about. She told their story from the beginning and I so enjoyed it. They keep getting better and better and this is definitely the one to beat for me. Great read

Naika St-louis: This is a second chance romance between Dante and Simone ans my absolutely favorite. Second chance romance isn’t my favorite trope but this book change my perception about it.
Listen im not a second chance type of girl but for Dante, I’ll give him everything. Every women in the world deserve a man like him.
If i could give this book a million stars I’ll gladly do it.

Uclaknitter02: I really enjoyed this book. I really liked Dante and his siblings. I am not sure if I liked Simone that much.

@shereadsandteaches: “I love you, Simone. I have always loved you, and I will always love you. I’m never going to stop. Wherever you go, whatever you do, you have my heart in your hands.” *cue tears*
I've been waiting for this one. Ever since the first book I knew I was going to love Dante's story. He was super mysterious to me and there were little hints to his past that I could not wait to learn about. This is a true second chance romance and the name of the book fits perfectly. Did I tear up once or twice? Yes. Yes, I did. Dante and Simone's history is heartbreaking and I am so happy they got the ending they deserve. 4.5 stars.

Alexandra Castiço: It was a decent read but it was just 3 stars for me.
I thought it was all too insta-love and insta-lust for me.
Story is still good but nothing too special

Anon: A wonderful book to read, as I was recommended to start off with the birthright series in order to acclimate to the m4fia romance trope. Honestly, was slightly overhyped in my opinion, but a great read overall

Kamala K.: Bloody loved it from start to end!! Gripping storyline-I couldn’t put the book down. You can easily fall in love with Dante his tough exterior but a softie at heart for the woman he loves-Simone

Holly Melvin: This is the story of Dante and Simone and let me tell you, there were times I had to put the book down because I wanted to scream and throw it across the room. It is well written and just like everything Sophie writes however, this story is my least favorite of the series. I found myself caring very little about the love story in the book and was more intrigued by the siblings relationships. I found my favorite parts of the books were scenes involving Seb, Aida and Nero interacting with Dante, especially the Poker scene. I was laughing most of the way thru it. Dante has never been my favorite brother but after reading this I feel like I understand him more but I like him even less.
***Spoilers***
Let me get into the reasons I don't like the main characters. I will start with Simone. When we meet her she is 18. She is going a party with her parents and gets into a fight with her father. She ends up staying in the car for a few minutes trying to calm down after the fight and this is how she meets Dante. He steals the car with her in the back and you can tell their is instantly chemistry between them. From there it develops and she starts sneaking around to see him. Dante...

Daniela | @daniela_endless_tbr: Another great story by Sophie. I was intrigued to know all about Dante, in previous books we had a glimpse of Dante’s behavior and stuff so I was curious to know more.
Now I got really mad in the first part of the book. I hated Simones parents, to the point that I took a break and played call of duty . I just had to get my frustrations somewhere.
I understand why Simone decided to have the secret but afterwards letting her sister kinda take control just because she was sick… I mean I still don’t know how I feel about that decision.
But then Simone really grew up to be a great women, she took her mistakes and learned from them which I really appreciated it.
Dante had every reaction I thought he would have but he knew despite everything Simone did, he was not letting her go again.
They had a suffered love but in the end it was worth all this pain.
I loved seeing more of previous characters, specially Callum and Aida.
Kudos to Sophie for evoking so many emotions in me with this story!

ChristiReadsALot: Bloody Heart is the 4th book in Sophie Lark’s Brutal Birthright mafia series and this one is a second chance romance and boy oh boy did I eat this one up!
“You have my heart in your hands.”
Simone first meets Dante when she’s 18. Her family is in town and attending a big fancy gala. Right before going into the event, Simone gets frustrated with a conversation with her father. Her father expects a lot out of her and doesn’t care about her own plans for her future (to go to Parsons fashion school), he only cares about the plans he has laid out for Simone’s future. Simone ends up staying in the car while her parents go in and next thing she knows she’s sort of being kidnapped when Dante jumps in the car to steal it (he didn’t realize she was inside). 😆 They end up chatting a bit while on the ride and Dante finds himself not being able to forget about Simone after he leaves her. He ends up tracking her down and they start spending all their time together.
We get to see them falling for one another for months, they feel like their soulmates, he meets her parents (it doesn’t go well 😅), and their chemistry is just sooo good! When something...
