Savage Lover: A Dark, Intoxicating Mafia Romance

Siobhan Hanlon: 3.5 ⭐️ i did enjoy it. Thought that the fmc was very strong minded. She wasn’t annoying like some characters can be. Mmc was cheeky I’d say.
My main criticism was that it felt very rushed (in my opinion) it moved very quickly from indifferent to loving between the characters. I would have loved to have seen a greater depth to plot line and a better build up to the relationship.
Lots of cute couple moments and 🌶️ scenes but they just felts rushed. Kinda like a synopsis for their lives.
Although I wouldn’t dissuade someone from reading it - I just prefer a book that has a slightly realistic depth to a relationship. 👍

Jennifer Maciel: The only down side to this book is we didn’t get a marriage scene like we had in the books prior to this one. But overall it had a totally different aura about it. I loved how Sophie made a strong female character who didn’t fit the regular mold. And I loved the male character vibes. Strong but not alphahole-ish. Cute book.

Tiffany Pierce: I absolutely loved Nero and Camille! I love books where the FMC isn’t necessarily the popular girl who had everyone chasing them. This is the third book in this series and I’ve loved every single book so far! The illustrations really make it even better so you can get a picture in your head of what the characters look like.

Cannot wait to read the last 3 books in the series and see more of the Griffins and the Gallos.

i’ve never met a sophie lark book i haven’t loved. seriously. and this one is no different. nero and camille have every bit of my heart just as their siblings do!!!

i loved how strong and independent camille was, but that she was also so soft when it came to nero. just like i loved how scary and selfish nero was, except when he was with camille. seriously, seeing these two fall in love was EVERYTHING to me.

my only complaint was that it ended! but i guess that’s where the rest of the series comes in, huh? 🥰

Bank heists? Car chases? Fast and Furious type car races? Mafia? Spice? A genuine connection between the love interests?
If you like any of those things, you will love this book.

There are 3 specific things that make Sophie Lark an instant buy author for me:
1. Playlists (she includes a playlist in every single book and even puts them in throughout the chapters so it can really immerse you into the story and listen while you read certain scenes)
2. Character Art (Seriously, the character art included throughout is insane.)
3. Research (You can tell in every book she writes that she has researched every interest that the MC's could possible have. There is a wealth of info)

— so he‘s a total player and never ever was in a relationship. camille has far more problems to deal with than thinking about guys, especially nero. but as it comes, nero safes her a night from the cops and since then they seem to bump into each other quite often

— i knew it was right to be excited about this book, there is nothing more satisfying than an anticipating read being worth it

Lou: Of course Sophie Lark has done it again! Haven’t read any of her other books before starting the Brutal Birthright series & rating #1 4.5 stars, #2 4 stars & now #3 4.75!

Now I know Sophie is going to me an insta read author for me & possibly a fave of mine! I love her writing, full of plot, & spicy sex scenes!

Ahem, Nero has now beaten Mikolaj! He’s taken top spot now. I loved him. And I also like Camille more than Aida now! Such a badass woman, and so head strong. Amazing couple! Amazing book!

Now onto #4, I’m gonna be sad when it’s all over.
