Jean Dorn: The. Book is worth the read, enjoyed the storyline, kept me engaged and interested. However, the Audible narrator was not good at all to many pauses in the middle of a sentence, the voices were to over done like they were trying to hard.

Kara Palacios: Mostly enjoyed the book aside from the parts that were a bit of a stretch. The narrator though… long pauses mid sentence. Seriously distracting. I ended up waiting until I could read for myself and not just listen.

KB: I enjoyed the story very much but only gave it a 4 because of the audible narration. I like to listen to audible books while I work but the narrator for this book was awful. I hate to say that but it made the book very drab so I just decided to read it. I like this author and her books and I’ve enjoyed the audible narrative on her other books.

Tambok: Never Look Back by Mary Burton starts off by diving straight into the action and the pace doesn't flag throughout the book.
After prostitutes go missing in the part of Country Music Capital Nashville Tennessee the tourists never see Agent Melina Shepard of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation goes undercover to bait the perpetrator. Immediately successful she has to fight off the predator who runs away with his tail between his legs determined to find her and complete what he sees as unfinished business.
FBI agent Jerrod Ramsey enters the scene as the disappearances are similar to those in other parts of the country. After a chance discovery in the aftermath of a car crash both Investigators find themselves chasing another serial killer, like buses it appears that you wait for one of those to come along in Nashville then 2 turn up at once. While the driver has left the scene a young girl is found abandoned ,echoing an incident in Melina's life.
As the story progresses it become obvious that Melina's past is intertwined with the hunt for one killer while another is hoping to influence her future.
