Kadiner: This story definitely the most brutal from the series, probably my least favorite from the series but wow, there's so much pain, so much hatred it definitely transported me to Sebastián and yelena skin, their love, their pain, their hatred, very well written story

Destany: First and foremost, the wedding scene! I was shook!!! I knew something was up but I did not expect that at all! I'm glad Nero isn't dead and I'm sad for papa Enzo. Yelena's brother was pathetic to still have those ideals of his father. You saw how your mother and sister were treated yet you still went along with everything only to still blame your sister in the end! I am ready to read about the heirs though.

irishsaints81: Heavy Crown was an unexpected novel for me. In many ways, I didn't really care about Sebastian's novel as, among all the characters in the Brutal Birthright series, I didn't really feel an investment in Sebastian. Even early on in books not their own, Nero the Slutty Psychopath, Dante the Brick Wall, Raylan the Charming Assassin...all compelled me, even with the limited insight we had into their lives and experiences. Sebastian just always felt a little blah, a little vanilla, and a wee bit boring, even after the developments of Brutal Prince. Whooboy, I have never been so glad to be wrong! Sebastian and Yelena were firecrackers, absolutely perfect together, loving and innocent but ruthless in their own unique ways. Heavy Crown had me laughing, crying, and furious, all across only a few pages. So excited to read the Kingmakers series and hopefully see my precious Mafia babes again!

Amy: series finale of the brutal birthright series and it definitely goes out with a bang!
sebastian gallo is the youngest son in the gallo family. with all of his siblings now partnered off, he’s feeling a little lost. with his future in limbo after getting his knee smashed in by his brother in law’s bodyguard, he gave up his dream of going pro as a basketball player (all water under the bridge now, obviously👀), he’s unsure what his future holds. he was a good boy, never one to get involved with the jobs in his mafia family — but that’s soon all about to change.
he meets the beautiful yelena one night while walking home one night, he saves her from being thrown into the back of a van.. or so he thinks he did😉. yelena is daughter of the new russian mafia’s boss (because sebastian’s dad, enzo killed their last one — we keeping up still?🤣).
sebastian’s character development throughout the whole series was just incredible to watch unfold, he goes from good boy to this absolute (completely unexpected) boss🥹 i’m so proud of him! so many shocking turns, heartbreaking chapters but also heartwarming ones! sooo much drama and...

Gemma Davies: **This is book 6 of the 6part Brutal Birthright series. If you haven’t already delved into the previous 5 books, strongly suggest that you do! It will make your understanding of the characters and family dynamics within this incredible finale much better and enhance your reading experience ten fold!**
Wow!! I am utterly blown away by this incredibly intense and immersive finale. Through reading the previous 5 books I’ve come to love all the main Gallo and Griffin families and their respective partners.
This last part finally brings us the story of Sebastian. He’s always been the athletic, cheeky and playful youngest son of Italian Mafia boss, Enzo Gallo. Never remotely interested in joining the family business, he’d always focused his future on his talent for basketball. That is until his dream (and his knee) is shattered. The turning point in his life. The day his future became less clear. Ever since his been bumbling around, never quite understanding where he fits in.
As his brothers, Dante and Nero and sister, Aida have all found the love of their lives... Seb is feeling out of place. The eldest brother, Dante, has decided to leave the country to...

sharon: A really enjoyable book plenty to keep u entertained .....for me personally this book wasn’t as gritty as the first 2 books though having said that I was really quite shocked at the way Enzo was taken out 😱.... I’m really happy that the author has decided to entertain us some more with follow on books that are about the next generation can’t wait to find out what in store for them 👍🏼

Ashley M Fritz: The final book in the Brutal Birthright series does not disappoint, and it's more than you expect.
I had no idea where the plot was going to go - even though each book can be read as a standalone, there are threads and plot points that wove through all 6 books, and to find a way for them to all wrap up and still be an individual love story was badass. Sebastian Gallo is tied to his family's way of life, and through them to all of the other characters and pairs we've met in the novels. This is a story of alliances, respect, and prioritizing what you value. Sebastian and Yelena both learn that they have to stop letting other people tell them who they are.
This is almost like two books in one, because around the 50% mark the craziness really starts and you're just like, holding on while screaming hoping that we get to that happy ending. It is absolutely the start of a rollercoaster, with things inching up and up, the tension winding tighter and tighter, and then you fall, and your stomach leaves your body and you're screaming. Just before it got crazy, I looked at my husband, curled in a little ball on my couch and said "something bad is going to happen but I don't know...

Tanya Chen: This book was so deceiving for me. At first, the story started out slow and I wasn't buying the romance between Sebastian and Yelena. And then halfway in the book, the story went code red mafia and I was swiping pages faster than ever. The drama that picks up after was ballistic and destructive, unlike any of the other books. That was my favourite highlight in this book and helped concluded the mafia family wars well. Seb and Yelena eventually grew on me, but more so as a Mr and Mrs Smith duo rather than a couple I obsessed over? They're connection was too insta-love for me, though it was cute.
The ending also alluded to the Kingmakers series, which I'm definitely hopping on board to read after. Overall, really enjoyed this action packed series!
