I hooked up a keyboard that has a USB connector itself for headphones and it still worked which was perfect.

B.d.: Originally bought as a hub for hard drives for my akai mpc one.and it works great.so I bought a different brand hub for my laptop and literary returned it due to it not working correctly so I bought this one for my laptop. Will never choose a different brand again.

Vilda S: I run a sim racing and gaming pic with over a dozen of peripherals attached, and unsurprisingly they often conflict with each other, are out of order in older games, and cause interference when they are not needed (pedals are often seen as Xbox controller inputs, it’s a mess). I tried by all means to fix this via software but it never worked. Unplugging stuff all the time can obviously damage USB ports, moreover they are not so handy. So my idea was to get this and have things turned off on demand. Works like a charm and I still have a few ports left. Charging stuff is very fast with good cables. I’ll leave my iPhone a few minutes and it’ll charge by half easily. The quality of the buttons isn’t the best and it’s unclear how long they’ll last, but I’ll try and be careful with it and we’ll see. It comes with a mounting bracket

PraiseKek: Bien mais trop léger, si vous cables connectés sont un peu rigides, il ests difficile de sécuriser le hub. Le cable USB pour connecter au PC est un peu court. Sinon marche bien.

Martin: Works well - no issues so far with a varied mix of USB devices. It's primary purpose is to serve as the hub for a number of hardware synthesisers, so bandwidth doesn't need to be huge (MIDI over USB; not audio). I haven't attempted to use it with storage, and although not advisable, I suspect it would work adequately. The power buttons are, unfortunately, rather cheap feeling, which is a bit of a shame as the the rest of the hub is solidly built and could potentially be used as a makeshift hammer. That said, my use-case doesn't really require discreet buttons for each port, though it is nice should I ever feel the need to quickly and efficiently switch off a USB powered device.

Ivano Gaio: Ottimo per una base collegare tutte le periferiche fisse che servono al tuo portatile. HD chiavette webcam tastiere mouse tavolette grafiche ed altro. Mentre lavori può caricare telefoni action-cam ed altro.
Comoda la base di fissaggio e molto utili gli interruttori con led per ogni porta. Io lo uso con un mac mini, ma utile soprattutto per il portatile, con un cavo ho tutto a portata di click. Lo uso anche per i backup su hd per archivio che poi stacco dalla rete per sicurezza. Un ottimo acquisto vale quello che costa.

Ambrosia: My wifi travels from the house's router, to a second mesh router, across the yard (about 50-75 feet) to my wifi dongle, through one 20ft USB cable, into this powered USB hub, through a second 20ft USB cable, and into my bedroom laptop in my auxiliary building. It works! It's alive!!
For MONTHS now I've been throwing money at this problem where I could get internet in the living room, but not the bedroom, which worked before, then stopped working at the same time I bought my new laptop. Which of course made me wonder if it had to do with my new laptop. But the PROBLEM all along was that my wifi extender and the router at the house were both old and sending such a weak signal that it couldn't travel down the second USB cable, even with the powered USB hub, so when I first bought this item I was annoyed because I thought I'd spent more money that didn't fix my problem. (I had already bought a second USB cable, thinking it was the cable, and a new wifi dongle, thinking it was the dongle.) But then our internet company installed a new router, and a second router to create a mesh network, and the signal is finally strong enough to travel down the second USB cable again. I guess I...
