Travis: My go to foam roller for my back, shoulders, and hips. Prefer it to any flat foam roller I've tried. Haven't used a chirp wheel to see how it compares to that. However where the chirp wheel focuses on just the spine the Rollga let's you really get into the shoulders and sides which is great. Its Lightweight and easy to use deffinetly recommend.

Jakobstrikesback: I've been struggling with back pain for way too long. I've tried various foam rollers and while they helped, nothing has come closer to helping than this Rollga deep tissue roller. I was using Chirp wheels for a while and they helped, but they weren't hitting the trigger points. I remembered my wife purchased a standard Rollga a few years back and it was collecting dust in the closet. I pulled that bad boy out and was pleased how it helped me out with my back pain. It even has the spinal canal groove that the Chirp wheels have.
While that felt good and was helping, I knew I need something a little bit firmer to dig into the trigger points and help me break up fascia and get the harder to get knots. This deep tissue Rollga was just the thing to get the job done. I'm pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone struggling with back pain who are not getting relief from softer rollers. I don't just use my Rollga for rolling out. I also use it as a yoga prop too. It comes in handy in so many different ways. It even comes with me when I travel. I use it multiple times a day and this little guy never fails to get the job done.

Billy: Sehr gute rolle zum massieren des Rückens aber mir ist die leider zu hart und zu groß. Deshalb hab ich die auch zurück geschickt. Wer aber eine große und harte Rolle braucht dann kann die auf jeden Fall gebrauchen.
