Amzn Buyer: After having a sump pump malfunction a few years back, we put on of these in basement. Good thing as had another issue this year that cause water from a hose to go into our basement. Alarm woke us up (2 levels up) at midnight. We were able to tackle issue and correct it before more or huge damage could be occur. Just ordered another one to put in separate area of basement. So worth it.

Frazzle: This has alerted us a few times already and are so great. Small, super simple and affordable. We have one under anything that can leak. Today it just caught a gallon of cleaner that had started to leak under my kitchen faucet. I was able to avoid a huge chemical spill. Get these!

Ron: I bought this a while back and put it beside my hot water tank. Never thought it would go off. I was even made fun of for buying it. This evening, I suddenly heard it going off. I go downstairs and there's a ton of water coming from my drain valve. Luckily I had a garden hose handy on my dehumidifier and was able to reroute the water to the drain and turn off water to the hot water tank. If I didn't have this alarm, I would have had thousands of dollars worth of damage. Because of this alarm, I was able to react very quickly!! This thing saved me both money and headache! Best money I ever spent!!!!!!!!

MeowMixa: There’s a big difference between water leaking and water, dripping against actual might water moisture. This will not detect water moisture. It will detect, immediate wetness only.

al principio tenia mis dudas sobre comprar uno de 85 db o uno de 100 db.
Pues este es de 85 db y se escucha fuerte y claro desde cualquier parte de mi casa, al mínimo contacto de los sensores con el agua
