Kelly62040: The submersible pump on the kitty water fountain I bought through Amazon stopped working after a while. It should have lasted longer but it did not. So now tasked with trying to find a replacement with all the same gadgets and setup. Finally found this one and it is almost identical to the original under a different name. Took the chance and ordered it. Once received I took off short hose from old pump and was able to attach to new pump. Long hose that came with new pump was not adaptable to water fountain. Plugged it in and couldn't hear it but it was working by pumping water up into the smaller hose to create a small fountain. It is so much quieter than original pump. Only issue is one of the 3 suction feet sticks so tight to fountain base that it always pops off of pump when I remove to clean. I can deal with that though. Great replacement pump.

OhMyStarz83: Got a water dispenser from another site and the submersible didn’t work at all. Got this as a replacement and it works perfectly. Now my kitties have filtered fresh water.

dragonswng2: This works much better than the pump that came with my catit fountain. Every time I go to clean, it's much less dirty than my last pump. If the water gets low, the pump is noisy but I've experienced that regardless of brand or money. I would buy again.
UPDATE: the pump lasted approximately 4 months then gave out. So not long lasting at all

Damon NottDamon Nott: Photos of the pump in this listing have been flipped or mirrored.
The outlet of the pump is offset to the opposite side compared to what is shown in the photos.
It will not fit into my pet fountain as a result.
I will be returning this item.
