MariaMaria: My 15 year old dog, learned a new trick. She got up on this staircase. She actually has hip damage, took 3 days, but now I don’t have to lift her up….she’s 25 lbs.

Cathy Mac: This was purchased to help our senior Cairn Terrier get on and off the sofa. Despite his age, he still tries (sometimes unsuccessfully) to jump on the sofa and I was concerned he would hurt himself. His dismount, in particular, is lacking. I introduced him to these stairs when I could spend time observing him and he took to using them quicker than expected. He mastered going up pretty quickly but is still a bit cautious going down, most likely because he is vision impaired and has poor depth perception. He's learning, though, and taking it slow. I'm no longer worried he will face plant getting on and off the furniture! I honestly should have bought these a while ago...I am very impressed with how they look and how sturdy they are. I highly recommend this product for your small and/or aging dogs, especially the ones who are still little daredevils!

Nuttree: This is the second step we purchased. We were pleased with the first order and needed a second one but this set was very poorly put together and one of the steps fell off getting it out of the box. We had to repair it to make it usable.

Chandra-Lynne S.: It took our girl no time to use it. The first few hours and up and down she went. We bought the larger of the 2 sizes and I'm definitely glad we did. The smaller size wouldn't have had enough height. The larger one has enough for height for her to get up on our high beds, couch and loveseat, and when she does she's very proud of herself! Shebis carrying too much weight and while she is on a diet, her joints become sore and this has been the perfect solution for her.

AnneAnne: These stairs are great. They're attractive and work well assisting my geriatric cats getting onto a bed or sofa. The only issue is that two of the sets I've ordered have arrived with the flat part of the step loose/off (see photos). The shipping boxes are not damaged so this must be inadequate fastening in the construction. The loose pieces can be reattached with hammer and nails but it would be best if they don't come loose in shipping.

Paula Wallis: I am very happy with the stairs. But when delivered some small pieces that hold the stairs together had fallen off easy fix. Not sure who fault it was. When I buy something I like it to arrive in good condition. All in all the dog will use the stairs, which she would not do with another plastic product.So Im happy to keep them.

Joan Kelly: I had to reinstall properly the supports under the steps, it was just holding together using brad nails and fell off in the bottom of the boxes. They should add glue prior to nail them together. Anyway, I add glue between them and use wood screws to secure them, it is sturdy but it also shouldn't come apart.
