I have had the other set for 3 years and they are still in great shape. I had to order this set for the other bed bc one dog sleeps with me and the other sleeps with my mother. They are sturdy and easy to clean and are the only set reasonably priced for high beds. So again..easy to clean..easy to set up. My dogs weigh 5 pounds and 7 pounds and no issues with their little short legs..they have no issues getting up or down the stairs. Great product considering the fact that I have now bought 2 of them. And Great price. Other steps this high cost over $100 which is ridiculous...so if u are looking for great price and product that works and lasts..this is the one for you.

Ellen LynchEllen Lynch: I bought these steps two years ago (Oct 2021). The attached picture is from today. They look just as good as the day they arrived. I bought them as my older cat was a bit arthritic and was finding it harder to get on the bed. I did not like the force on her joints when she hopped off. Happily she took to them right away and in a day was using them up and down. I believe the fact that they are study and do not wobble was a big factor in gaining her confidence. In the picture is my 2 year old orange boy who also took to them at once. They are very study yet light and easy to move to vacuum. I have not needed to fold them up but it is nice to have the option. I recommend these over the cardboard flimsy ones. Well worth the cost.

N: My 4 year old Jack Russell Chihuahua could not get up on my bed by herself and often times in the morning would jump from my bed, making me so nervous she would injure herself. I had my doubts that Rosie would try something new but on the very first night after a little hesitation Rosie went right up those stairs! She knew she was a good girl and immediately rolled over for a congratulatory belly rub! Rosie now regularly goes up and down the steps without prompting! These were an excellent purchase and really happy I bought them. They are stable and just the right height. They also fold so during the day I can stick in a closet or under my bed if need be. 5 stars!

Raquel C.: These are great and sturdy. I have 4 chihuahuas and helps them get on the couch. The only thing is it's hard to vacuumed each step because the fur sticks too it. 😪 otherwise great

Dancing 54: It works. My 10 yr old Cockapoo never did jump into my SUV hatch because its too high. I always would lift her...now I'm 10 yrs older and my back won't take it...so its really for me. I can keep this in the back folded. I used treats the first time to get her interested in going up. A few days later I needed to take her out...put out the ladder while she watched....I did have a leash on her just in case.....but after only a bit of hesitancy she went up and in, and with no treats. I like the unit because its light....its at the right height for my larger SUV, but I do keep a hand on it as she goes up, as she pushed off strongly even when on my lap, so I don't want her to push it out from under her. But its saving my back pain (bulged disc).

Christine: My 11-year-old cat recently stopped jumping on pretty much everything. She used to sleep with us in bed every single night but wouldn't anymore. If I put her on the bed she'd stay and hang out, but if she jumped down later she wouldn't get back up. After taking her to the vet we discovered she has arthritis in her back.
We ordered these stairs to try and help her get up and down like she used to. The afternoon they arrived I put them next to the bed and she stared at them with suspicion. I lured her down and about halfway up using treats, but that only worked once. Then she wouldn't even touch it. I put catnip on the steps and added some of her favorite toys, and in the middle of the night I woke up to find her purring next to my head!
All she'd needed was a little quiet time to herself to figure out how to use them. Now that she knows, she goes up and down them regularly. I was worried the steps might be too steep for her because she has short little legs in front, but she doesn't seem bothered by them at all now that she's used to it. We're going to get a smaller set of steps for next to the couch. She's acting happier than she has in weeks, and we couldn't be more...
