SLT: Had more liquid than cabbage in my jar. Taste good though. Sadly, when it pertains to Amazon groceries in Chicago, outside of prime via mail, whole foods is the only store that sells sauerkraut that's actually raw and has the healthy bacteria. None of the sauerkraut, organic or not, that u see on Fresh has the good bacteria. The only fermented cabbage from Chicago Amazon fresh is the kimchi (only 2 brands). The kimchi isn't organic, but cabbage doesn't necessarily need to be organic, because not many pesticides are needed to grow cabbage anyways. Please add more cabbage that's actually Raw/fermented to Amazon fresh. Not this vinegar filled pasteurized stuff. Thanks

Minerva: This sauerkraut is consistently tangy and delicious, I just wish it were a bit cheaper, but there aren't many other brands that can even register close to the flavor, and it remains my favorite brand hands down.
