BF Vlach: These are exactly the ones you can get on a beef sandwich from Portillo's! So good!

John M: Outside of Chicago, it’s impossible to find an authentic giardiniera. I ordered this and after one taste, I can confirm that it is the real deal. Trust me when I say that if you’re looking an authentic taste in giardiniera, look no further than Marconi.

Norb CNorb C: This stuff can’t be beat. I’ve bought other brands in grocery stores when I couldn’t find this original Marconi brand. They are not as hot, they are mushy, and some have a chemical taste. Not Marconi! Pour it over a bratwurst, over a chicken breast, or even over ribs. Nice and crunchy, hot, but not so hot as to make it unenjoyable. My neighbor loves dumping half a jar over a big platter of nachos.
This is the only brand I will buy. Nice and oily also, not overly dry like others.

Mike D.: If you are from Chicago, you know what I mean, there are many imitations, but this product is in my opinion, the absolute best!! Use on Italian sausages, hot dogs, brats and of course, Italian Beef.

Eva Destruction: I used to go through a jar of this a month when I lived in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, I'm in Alabama now and the only type they sell is "mild" ... I like my Giardiniera HOT. I don't know if Marconi toned this down a notch, but it doesn't seem quite as hot. ANYWAY - use it in spaghetti, focaccia, pizza - hey! how about on your Wheaties!!!
