Happy Consumer: My recipe for a very passible diabetic tartar sauce.
1. Dukes mayo
2. Valasic dill relish
3. Vinegar
4. Citric acid crystals.
5. Onion powder.
6. Stevia sweetener (carefull, this is 300 times sweeter than sugar)
All the above are completely sugar free. The onion powder will likely digest like a starch and this will yield a small amount of glucose. In combination with the other ingredients it should digest and absorb slowly. It can be omitted without a major effect to the flavor.
