Bengal: I love this "Wise Goat" Organic Kimchi product.... the taste is excellent. The problem is... I like eating too much of it ❣️AND... there is a controversy concerning whether or not red peppers (one of the Kimchi ingredients) are good and beneficial for the human body and mind, or just the opposite ⁉️Some say... red peppers are excellent for increasing circulation, longevity and general wellness... while others claim that if you consume a lot (even a moderate amount) on a daily basis (or anything containing capsicum everyday) that you are increasing your chances of dementia and cognitive decline by A LOT !!! So, that is the only part of Wise Goat's Kimchi ingredients that I wonder about... in terms of how good it actually IS.... for the body and the brain ?? Thus, I knocked off one star. Otherwise, they would have a perfect five star rating from me.
