S: Getting to know this ball. It is smaller than I thought it would be. Perhaps more disappointing is that there was a picture of a handbook with the product. I was looking forward to reading it except it wasn't in the box. The ball itself was crammed into the corner of the box next to two scrapbooks. I guess I should have ordered only the ball so I could get the handbook.

Amanda: I use this product as a fidget. I love it! It is the perfect size for my hand to get a really satisfactory squish. For me it is just an added bonus that it improves hand mobility. I was pleasantly surprised with this product. I thought it would be kind of lame and not that fun, but it is really great to squish.

AudreyRose: I am 83 years old and this ball is a bit stiff for these old fingers. My doctor recommended it to combat the arthritis in my fingers and it is helping with that so I have no complaints really. It's a good value for the money and will hold up well with daily use.

Marko: I purchased this to help strengthen my grip and stave off arthritis for a while. While other reviews say that the cover is not durable, I have been torturing this little ball for weeks now with no sign of failure. The ball offers about the right amount of resistance (it could be a little more dense). It would have gotten a 5 star review from me if it were a little larger. Otherwise, a good value.
