Amazon Customer: La compré por encargo para una anciana amiga para reforzar su mano afectada después de sufrir un derrame cerebral. Los ejercicios la han ayudado mucho.

Diane: Started out with the red bar, and when that got easier, bought the green one. Along with some other exercises, this helped stretch the tendons and build up surrounding muscles after an elbow Tenex procedure.

Alexander: Würde es wieder kaufen. Einfach und wirksam in der Anwendung. Spricht genau die Muskeln an, die betroffen sind, wenn man den Sport mit dem Schläger etwas übertrieben hat.

peter prizepic: I bought the medium strength Flexbar. Helped my tennis elbow in short time.

Sarah's page: Incredible recommendation from my doctor--who had suffered from the same issues I had-- tendons from wrist to elbow, affecting my shoulder. He'd said- don't bother with the physical therapist, use this. He'd gotten tennis elbow during medical school--and this is what they all used! He was right. He told me I'd have about 3 weeks of excruciating pain then it would leave--and it did. Of course, I'm prescriptive in my use--after every session on the computer I use it, and my tendons crack, snapple and pop. Now I'm purchasing another for my husband who plays golf and hockey--and it's working for him. Just wow. Get this and a spare in case your spouse needs its too! Highly recommend

Jay Ram: This item is wonderful It has not only helped my Tennis Elbow, but it has strengthened my arm so much that my arm fatigue is much less overall. This means that late in 2 hour or longer matches when my shots used to get sloppy, I am still nearly as precise as I was at the beginning. This is huge. It has been a big advantage over my opponents. Surprisingly, all I have to do is 3 sets of 15 repetitions of the Tyler Twist spread through the day, every day to get this benefit. I don't use it on days I play, but some people do to help warm up.
To be clear, when my elbow was acute I was using the red bar and not playing for about 2 weeks then I started playing again but only at 40% of skill level. Lots of shots and serves were too painful to make. In another 2 weeks I got to perhaps 60% of skill level and progressed to green. After 6 weeks I was at 95% of skill level and using blue once a day. A month later I was using blue all the time. The first twist sometimes hurts a bit but it gets better as I warm up.
I read on a Tennis blog that green is the bar for women and blue for men. My girlfriend likes the red bar. the main thing is to find the one that does not hurt much to use and...

Lee Glenister: So I have had tennis elbow for a year. Basically rested it for a year. Became active again after the pain died away and it flared back up again. All that 'self-limiting' condition rubbish turns out to be wrong, at least in my case.
So, rather than rest it, waiting for the tendon to heal, what I needed to do was to strengthen my forearm muscles that I somehow damaged doing gardening and playing my fiddle too much....
So this is a great tool back to stronger forearms. But not alone and definitely not too soon. For me I have used gentle NHS exercises (freely available) for about two weeks. I have got myself a compression sleeve too and a warm pad. I also have one of the pressure straps too which pushes directly down on the muscle a little below the knobbly bit in the elbow where the pain is.
My pre-work routine now is do my NHS exercises, use this bar doing the twist and release exercise until my forearms tire (but don't hurt) then put nurofen gel on my elbow and massage it in. Then I put the compression sleeve on for my working day.
I have been doing Aikido with the pressure strap on and this feels good. I am gently returning to the fiddle for about 5 mins a day, again...
