Solo que es para personas que quieren fortalecer más sus manos, canilla y antebrazo. En mi caso a penas estoy empezando a rehabilitar después de un trauma oseo en los metacarpianos. Por esa razón de momento son bastante rígidos para mi. Espero un tiempo después poder usarlos con mayor facilidad.

C: La verdad el producto llego bien y se ve que es de buena calidad. El único detalle que tenia es que una parte del fortalecedor venia suelta no afecta para nada el uso de este pero si da una impresión muy pequeña de desconfianza.

Yorima: I bought this for my daughter who was born with Hemiplegia so she is left side dominant that stated, I purchased to help strengthen her right hand and arm. To give you an idea of her condition, right before the arrival of this item, we challenged her to pick up red and green M&M candies with her thumb and first finger. Of course, she could eat them, but this was/is a challenge because she had no strength in her fingers. Fast forward, she decided to use the five finger rubber strengthener which allows you to stretch out your fingers and close them in repetitions. It also strengthens the muscles, in the forearm as well because I could feel it myself. In the short time that she used the finger strengthened, she made great progress. We tried having her pick up the M&M candies again. We were amazed on how easy it was for her. She immediately noticed the difference. I will go as far as to say, that this set yielded more results in such a short time, then the years of physical therapy she had to try to strengthen her right hand,fingers and arm. I am pleased with this set.

Claryn M. Wheeler: I initially just wanted a grip strengthener, preferably adjustable, preferably cheap simply because I am having some issues at the gym due to my pathetic grip strength. I purchased this because it had exactly what I was looking for plus other interesting looking products. It just arrived.

Finger strengthener - seems very cheap and doesn't require any actual strength to use. I have pathetic weak fingers and I can easily compress it with every finger individually - including the pinky.

Finger stretcher band - Completely useless for me but probably decent for women with longer fingers and probably not useful for men or women with stronger fingers. In addition to being pathetic and weak, my finger are very short. The completely relaxed, not stretched, fresh out of the box stretcher band is already about the size of my regular finger extension. I can't actually use it for stretching as my fingers simply dont stretch that far. Also, it feels fairly lightweight and a bit flimsy so if you have any strength at all, I don't see it working much for you.

Grip ring thingie: Not bad. It's small enough to fit in my tiny hands and is resistant enough to actually take some...

Elliott: For years I have used the classic hand strengthener that is a coiled spring the two ends of which are set in plastic hand grips. Always worked well, with some brands feeling better in my hands then others. The old styles lasted me about 2-3 years of use 3-4x week and then the springs broke. I decided to try this version that seems popular today and includes an adjustable force. It feels good in my hand, the force adjustment seems to cover a good range that works for me and it seems well built. One feature I don't like is the angle the two handles take on when fully compressed, which is the way I always workout with the old style. It gave me a defined stopping point to my compression. With the new one, it the angle at full compression hurts my wrist. However, I can set the force high enough that with this unit I stop squeezing when the position of my hands feels good, somewhat short of full compression. I will just have to get used to it.
