Die Lieferung verlief amazontypisch schnell und einfach. Wie jedoch oftmals bei Lieferungen von Amazon zu beobachten ist, wurde auch in diesem Fall mal wieder ein viel zu großer Karton verwand. Der Massageroller füllte geschätzt 5-10 % des Gesamtvolumens des Kartons aus, welches mich beim auspacken auf der einen Seite sehr verwunderte und belustigte aber auf der anderen Seite auch ein wenig skeptisch auf die Verpackung blicken ließ. Leider habe Ich kein Foto davon gemacht.

⏩Das Produkt:
Der Massageroller wirkt äußerst stabil und solide verarbeitet. Bei normaler und auch etwas festerer Anwendung verbiegt sich der Roller nicht ansatzweise. Um den Roller verbiegen zu können scheint ein hoher Kraftaufwand notwendig, der nicht ansatzweise bei einer normalen Anwendung zur Massage aufgewandt wird.
Die Griffe sind gummiert, bieten einen angenehmen halt und genügend Grip, sodass auch bei schwitzigen/ öligeren Händen ein Abrutschen erschwert wird.

Ross Williams: The positive is that it is quite easy to use and relieves mild pain in large muscle areas. However, if you are someone with hairy legs or has moderate to high pain, I would look elsewhere. The plastic knobs that you roll over your skin tend to have gaps in them, and so when rolling over a hairy part of the body, they pull on your hairs, possibly causing more pain than before using it. The grips on both ends are 'grippy' with a nice feeling to them, though, which prevents your hands from slipping off.
The product does provide relaxation of the muscles when you have mild pain, but you must use the roller with the correct technique otherwise you will not be feeling any results. I would agree also that the product is not squeaky and is very portable, as the product description describes, but disagree that it is 'superb quality' as the plastic knobs do not feel great on the skin, however, the metal bar feels extremely strong and feels like it would not bend at the bottom of a sports kit or anything. This is the product to purchase if you are just looking for a quite mild way of relaxing muscles, but if you are a bit more serious about muscle therapy, I would look elsewhere.

Born to Travel: I had been having lower and upper leg cramps (may or may not be caused by nerve damage to my foot - my toes are numb), plus ankle pain. My chiropractor had suggested massaging my ankle as could be scar tissue from a previous injury. I originally bought the stick with that in mind. However, whilst it is somewhat difficult to use to massage an ankle (due to bones etc), what I have found is that using the stick before and after exercise (calf and quads), is that I have not had the muscle ache (from attending the same classes that I attend) that I had done previously, and the cramps that I was experiencing seem to have subsided. Plus I now use the stick to roll my foot (numb toes over) to see if that helps (but know that nerve damage cannot be miraculously repaired by this!). I've even used to massage my partners back (probably difficult to do yourself). So in summary, I am happy with the purchase to date, and will continue to use! And good value for money.

Busy Bee: I bought a roller stick on a friend's advice because I had terrible shin splints, and it's been a great addition to my treatment plan. Combined with stretching and conditioning exercises, this massage stick has helped me recover almost completely. I originally bought this one over the thousand other roller sticks available on Amazon because a reviewer said that the rollers are a silicone-type material, which sounded like it would be a little more gentle on my tender shins. Silly me...the rollers are not silicone, nor are they gentle (and aren't meant to be, honestly). They are hard plastic, which was quite painful when my shin splints were at their worst. But I just grit my teeth and did the massage anyway because I noticed that when I DIDN'T use the roller stick after a run, it took my shins a lot longer to recover (a couple of days as opposed to an hour). So I use it before and after every run, and now that my shin splints are almost gone, it's only mildly uncomfortable to go over those areas. c00p3r: I’ve suffered off & on with Achilles tendonopathy for almost 2 years but last October things got worse & I was unable to run.
Even walking was difficult & led to more pain.
Bilateral swelling around the Achilles which was very tender, which I assume was scar tissue from an earlier tear from sometime in the past.

Dan: I do some light working out and run fairly regularly. Aside from sore muscles, I have an issue with one of my quads where when my knee is bent for a long period of time (like sitting at my desk at work for 8 hours), it tenses up to the point the tendon that connects the quad to the knee gets extremely painful. Because of the tendon issue, I can't really stretch my quad in the traditional ways, and keep my quad elastic by rolling it with one of those large foam rollers I have at home, but obviously I can't have that at work when I really need it. By chance I saw something similar to the Muscle Roller Stick Pro at a hotel workout room, and I immediate went on Amazon to look around. I liked the reviews I read and the price point was very reasonable, so I ordered one. I've had it for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it. It's simple, it's extremely effective, and it's small enough that I can keep it in my desk at work. It does wonders for sore muscles, and it keeps my quad nice and loose all day long. Construction-wise, it is a very solid product that shows no sign of wearing down, and I use it several times a day. Top to bottom, I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Amazon Customer: I bought this Muscle Roller to help get the knots out of my tired old muscles as I struggled to get back leg strength after tearing a hamstring on the leg I had a knee replacement op done on in late June.
A conventional hard foam roller wasn't the answer for me as that involved getting down to, and up from the floor. The convenience itself makes it worth the money, let alone the effectiveness of using it.

I use it before and after exercise, and find it makes a huge difference to my situation.
There were two trigger points that were giving me a lot of grief, and I gave them a bit more of my time during the before and after use of the roller stick. It has paid off, as they no longer give me any pain, and my overall strength and fitness have grown as I'm now able to exercise more, and importantly, without really sore muscles.

At 71 years of age, I was beginning to think that perhaps I should just forget all the fitness stuff and live out my days as painlessly as it was possible to do.

I can tell it would be easy to go cheap on the build for these type of devices but I'm quite impressed how well this is made.
The instructions included were really helpful and easy to understand. The roller stick was very easy to use and operated very smoothly. The nerve pain on the sides of my legs is such that it hurts to apply much pressure, so I went easy on the first go around. Relief was almost instantaneous! Mother of 2: Purchased this for my 15 yr old daughter who plays soccer. She was having muscle cramps & tightness in her calves & quads. I had to convince her it would hurt initially but it would feel better afterwards. After playing an entire game as a midfielder with only a 1/2 time break her legs were cramping to the point she had tears. She used her massage roller & within a few minutes it was already getting better. She was convinced it worked. She now keeps it in her soccer bag for games. She & 1/2 the team grabs it when they are having muscle tightness & pain.
My friend was getting ready for a 12K race & she is a new runner.
