I’ve had this coffee maker since April 2023. I’ve used it every single day since then sometimes brewing 10 pots a day. It’s definitely worth buying as it’s never failed one time in 7 months!

Unlike every other coffee maker/pot I have used, this one is horrible.
You have to remember to use your thumb to open the top as you pour or the coffee will stick to the side of the container and pour everywhere onto the counter...some does get into the cup though so it's not a total loss.
We still havent got into the habit of opening the lid each time.
I'd just say move on, not worth the hassle when you haven't had your cup of coffee yet.

VERY VERY cheaply made product. The buttons to start the brew or timer look like a child's toy! (There are children's toys that have sturdier mechanical buttons.) It arrived broken. (The latch to lift the cover to add water and coffee was busted.) Coffee carafe is unmarked (no water measurement fill lines) so if you want to drink less than 8 cups (e.g., 4 or 6) you have to eyeball the water or use a measuring cup for the water. There is no coffee basket for this maker if you wanted to use paper filter as an option. You are only provided a flimsy coffee filter. I have to give it 1 star because there is no 1/2 star rating!
FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: There is no UL compliance label on the packaging materials or under the product itself. Further there is NO country of origin (Made in) indicated anywhere on any of the materials (package box, product or product's instruction manual). And clearly the manual itself was written by a non-native English speaker/writer who has never written an instruction manual! The instructions often are grammatically incorrect or just plain don't make sense.
How embarrassing for Amazon to be selling this kind of product that...

It makes very good coffee. No messy spill issues at all. When pouring coffee from the flask into the mug. The proper way is to press with thumb back of the flask lid and keep it open while pouring coffee into the mug. There will be no messy spill. I also don't have any drip issues when flask is not sitting on the heating element. The re useable filter is easy to clean with hand gently or place in the upper rack of the dishwasher. The base cup where you place this filter and where the coffee accumulates when brewing is also detachable and can be washed or place in the dishwasher. Happy with purchase and me and wife use it every day.
Update Dec 11 2022:
Used for a year and enjoyed good coffee but few days ago the glass flask broke by accidently hitting something in the kitchen. I tried to contact support to ask if they have replacement parts but can't find any number to call as their website. Also the form at their website doesn't work and just generates an error when i click send. I sent an email to their support email I'd but no response so far. So customer service is weak and unresponsive.

Ratings for this product were really good, but it's just a basic coffee maker, with some odd issues. I find it very difficult to pour a cup of coffee without getting coffee spilling all over the counter. It also takes a long time to brew (compared with my last coffee maker). I got what I paid for clearly, and would have definitely looked elsewhere, were it not for the good ratings it had. Long and short ... the ratings system has failed me this time.

This machine has two major problems, The coffee first cup is not hot, a second serving is nearly cold.
When pouring you get a lot of spillage. The machine is very light and moves when replacing the carafe.
Not a satisfactory purchase.

Very good value for money that will make your mornings feel refreshing with a strong fuel of caffeine. Provided you with 8 cups when full, easy to clean and makes a very strong brew that extracts full flavour from the grounded coffee. A great overall product. Would definitely recommend it.

This machine is great. It's easy to use, easy to clean and the perfect size. Perfect for making coffee for yourself and a to go cup. Keeps it hot for two hours and has an auto shut off incase you forgot about it. Doesn't take up a lot of counter space either which is a bonus
