davidva2003: It looked brand new out of the box. Works great, my issues with it are that it takes a good 20 seconds before it starts to brew. It has to heat the water much more often than my old Keurig. And I wish it had the 80 oz tank that my old Keurig had. Just my issues with it, but I like everything else about it.

Griggs FamilyGriggs Family: This product is great! Only reason it got 4 stars is because of the way it was packaged. It arrived damaged and I had to buy a new water reservoir because it was broken. The amazon rep I spoke to quickly gave me a partial refund which covered the majority of the cost of the replacement item. Other than that, the item appeared to be completely new, and is really nice! I'm excited to have something closer to a barista experience in my house since no longer working in a coffee shop! :)

AmScray: We have had this for 4 years now and use it everyday! We try to keep to a low sugar diet so being able to make our own lattes at home is amazing. It's really easy to use, you just need to find the right settings and combos that work for you. We do 1 shot and then 6oz, and with milk that makes about a venti size coffee. That instantly saves $12-$14 a day, so this machine paid for itself in less than a month. It's been an awesome investment for our whole family since visitors can make coffee if they want and we can easily make hot cocoa for the kids!

Truly do not hesitate getting this, it has been such an easy way to cut spending and sugar. It's definitely worth it!

Mina: Hard to beat this machine-takes a K-cup-which is super handy, quick, and inexpensive.
Very good flavor.
The only negative issue is that the "coffee" side (or in this case the side that delivers the "shot" for a cappuchino, ) is slow.
A normal Keurig stays "on" and needs almost no time to make a cup of coffee, this one for some reason is made to 'wait' for you to turn it on each time-not sure why as it makes a regular Keurig cup of coffee as well-so for anyone that only wants the 'occassional' cappuchino or latte-probably not the best choice-go for two machines and pull out the fancy one for that rare cup.

Cindy E: This is the first coffee maker I have bought with making a latte in mind. It foams the milk sufficiently for a latte or cappuccino, with an ample “shot”. I use either McCafe or Donut Shop pods, using skim milk, on the strong setting. The only reason I did not give it five stars is , it’s very noisy when heating up and very noisy when making a cup of coffee. Other than that, it does what it’s supposed to do for a home coffee maker and makes an adequate cup of coffee and latte. But don’t expect it to taste like a Dunkin or Starbucks latte because you will be disappointed.

Murrie: Love the item but find that I like my milk frothed more thickly. Am left with lots of just warm milk and not enough froth. I use 2 percent milk. My little inexpensive milk frother does a superior job of it. Otherwise I love my K coffee and the easy way to work the machine. Great.
