Liacino: This machine looks great but there are some cheap features to it that don't feel quality like the plastic water holder, lid etc. Works great just not the heavy or higher quality we expected.

Shadow: It looks good on my counter and does what it needs to. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it makes cappuccino's and latte's. They aren't professional or coffee shop quality by any stretch of the imagination, but far better than I expected from a Keurig.

PDH: As Keurig's go this get's almost everything right. It makes a good cup of coffee and it has some interesting options you don't get anywhere else. The problem is, you don't really need these options, at least not in this package.

Visually this is a wanna be Cappuccino machine, which is fine, except it ends up costing you counter space for no real reason. If you have lot's of counter space that might not be a problem. However, you'd be just as far ahead getting the Keurig K-Supreme Plus along with a separate milk frother. Those might end up costing you a bit more money but you're not stuck with the frother on your counter when you don't want it, you get a bigger water tank, and the water tank placement is flexible. For me there ends up being one spot on the counter that this fits well and I really would prefer to have it somewhere else.

Can other Keurig's do "shots"? Probably not, and if you really want that then this might be the machine for you, there is a niche market for which it makes sense.

It does have a memory for the last settings used, if you just press the K button away you go. However, there is no indication as to exactly what settings might be saved...

TinaTina: The media could not be loaded.  It’s quite expensive, but I love that it suits my lifestyle. I’m the only coffee drinker in the household, and single serve machines are the way to go. This machine is just powerful. It produces beautiful capuccinos and lattes without the mess. I try to use reusable kcups though as the disposable ones are crowding landfills unnecessarily. I don’t want Mother Earth to suffer any further than it already does, just so I could enjoy a great cup of joe.

Anyway I would’ve even given this machine all 5 stars if it didn’t have any scratches and nicks when it arrived. Buuut it did. Not just one but four. Other than its superficial flaws though, the machine does what it’s supposed to do. I’m still a happy customer!

JLC: The Keurig K-cafe really does make commendable lattes and cappuccinos. Are they to the level of what can be made with much more expensive, super-automatic machines, or those where you grind and press your own coffee beans? Of course not; but that is not its purpose. For a quick latte-to-go as you are rushing out the door to work it performs very well, especially if your significant other prefers a different flavor or intensity of coffee. No need to switch out and grind different beans in your $3000 Jura and then wait anxiously as your travel time ticks by while it goes through the brewing process, you just pop in a different pod; and frankly the latte the K-cafe makes is better than what I get at the Starbucks down the street.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Loved all the functionality of this Keurig. Beautiful design. Can instantly make hot or cold beverages - latte, espresso shot, cappuccino, or iced latte; alongside your regular cuppa. The milk frother is excellent and easy to clean. Who knew homemade froth could become a bare necessity? Comes with clear instructions and the machine is easy to use. I have always owned a drip coffee maker, despite being a coffee person - and this coffee maker to me is a blessing. The price point is a bit high. I'm glad I got the special edition one in Nickle; I prefer it to the black.

However, one huge drawback is the mess this makes. Designed by a company that deals primarily in coffee machines and priced at this point - I don't think this should have been overlooked. When dispensing the pod in 'shot' mode - the coffee spits everywhere as you can see in the image. Don't know if this defect with the nozzle is particular to the unit I received. Wondering if others have faced this issue?
