Andrew Steeley: Had it for 3 years. Started crapping out after about 2.5 years. Pump started going I think. This morning, 3 years later, it died. Pretty good performance for the price value I guess
Tank is a little too small to make a cup the size I want so I usually used to run it twice with an itty bitty amount of water on the second run.

lynniemn: I previously had this coffee maker and really liked it. However, my previous one only lasted a little over two years, so I looked for another one when it stopped working. I tried two other highly rated brands that also took up minimal counter space, and both malfunctioned in different ways (broke open the pod caps, dripped on the counter). So I came back to the Mueller, and am happy I did. It brews quickly, is easy to use, doesn't make a mess, makes a hot cup of coffee, is relatively quiet, turns off after brewing, can be left open to dry, doesn't take up much space and fits under our cabinet (even when open) and the plastic taste went away with only a couple of uses with water only. I didn't descale our last one, so will try that this time in hope it lasts more than two years. I bought it when it came down under $40, so it's still a good value either way.

Edgar: Size is perfect although, as others mentioned, that does make pouring water a bit of a challenge. Using a 1 cup measuring cup with spout works best. Heats water well to 285-190 and is quiet in my opinion. Flavor will primarily depend on pod brand. Tried Starbucks Verano and pretty weak. Reduced water to 2/3 and still not very robust but doable. I primarily got this for guests who do not like my stronger brew coffee. Height of cup limited to normal mug size.
